Third Message dated 8 Feb 2014 from General Electric whistleblower and advocate - Seema Sapra - Writ Petition (Civil) 1280/ 2012 - in the matter of Seema Sapra v. General Electric Company and Others in the Delhi High Court

All,

A woman has come and sat next to me. She was acting strange. Suddenly
out of the blue she asks me if I am an advocate. I don't know her and
did not speak to her. Why would she ask me this and attempt to
initiate a conversation with me. I replied "no sorry".

This woman has obviously been made to sit next to me to target me. She
is also busy on her phone and might be receiving instructions from
that source.

I point out that there are CCTV cameras in the library.
