I again spent last night in my car. This is now thirteen nights in a row that I have been forced to spend in my car because Justice Gita Mittal and Justice J R Midha (of the Delhi High Court) have not found time to hear my applications for protection and safe housing. Both these judges know that I am being compelled to spend the night in my car.
Last night I parked my car in Defence Colony.
Before that I paid the Defence Colony SHO (Inspector Govind Sharma) a visit and informed him about the court order dated 25 May 2012 and asked him to ensure that I am not harassed or harmed by the Police. Sound recordings of this interaction will be filed in court.
I have been victimised with police collusion.
