My car is parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. I visit my car everyday. 

Last night when I reached my car, I found that both the front wipers had been broken off and were lying on the ground next to the car. 

When I opened the car, a very foul smell emanated from inside, as if a dead rat had been placed inside. 

Also the roof of the car had been very badly dented as of someone had hit the roof with a heavy implement like a hockey stick.

All three of these instances of vandalism occurred sometime during the day yesterday, i.e., 3 June 2018, a Sunday. Pictures are attached. 

The police is aware my car is parked there. 

This place has CCTV cameras and high security. 

It is clear that this vandalism could not have taken place without connivance of the Police which is being used to target me. 

3 June was the first day of the Delhi High Court summer vacation. 

I am being targeted including at the behest of certain powerful lawyers because of my corruption, fraud, forgery and perjury complaints involving General Electric Company and the Marhowra rail locomotive Project and the cover up of these complaints which has involved a fraud on the Delhi High Court by AZB & Partners. 

I am also being targeted because of my complaint of sexual harassment and sexual assault by Soli Sorabjee and my complaint of sexual harassment by Raian Karanjawala. 

I am being targeted by very powerful Government of India officials like Arun Jaitley, who is a close friend of Karanjawala and Sorabjee and has helped cover up the corruption by General Electric. 

On 31 May, 2018, Jaitley's nephew Manik Dogra attempted to cover my complaints of poisoning and in the presence of lawyer Maneesha Dhir and several others, assaulted me, threatened me and abused me inside the Delhi High Court. 

It appears that the vandalism of 3 June 2018 is also an attack on me because of my recent Tweets which are reproduced below. 

I will be bringing all of this and the ongoing poisoning intended to debilitate, incapacitate me and to make me ill to the attention of the Supreme Court by filing affidavits in the following matters. 

Criminal Appeal (D) No. 10342/2016, Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 and Diary No. 1377/ 2018.
