To Mr Ravindra Maithani and Mr Ramkumar Choubey, 

I have just spoken to Ms Mohini Bhagchandani, the branch officer in branch 2C of the Supreme Court Registry. 

It appears some notice has been sent to me by speed post at the address mentioned in the memo of the captioned matter. 

The Supreme Court is aware that I am not staying at that Saket address since 2016. In fact, that was a B&B which I had vacated on the very day that I filed the appeal in March 2016. 

All previous notices have been sent to me by email. I have stated in writing in the court papers that I am homeless and that the notices should be sent to me by email. Ms Mohini Bhagchandani is aware of this request and she has previously complied with this request. 

I am surprised that this time for the first time, the notice has not been sent by email to me but has been sent by speed-post to an address I am not living at since March 2016. 

Something seems to be amiss regarding this matter which also raises the corruption complaints against the US Company General Electric Company and sexual harassment complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee. 

Please ensure that the registry abides by the rules and due process in this and in my other connected matters. 

Please ensure that all notices including the latest notice is sent to me by email only. Kindly do not use the Saket address as I do not live there. It was the address of a B&B that I vacated in March 2016. I was being poisoned there.

Attached is the order passed by the Supreme Court in the captioned matter on 17 May 2018. 

Please ensure that the Registry serves the court notice on the AG along with a full set of the paper books in compliance with this order. 

Also there is a fixed date in this matter for 13 July 2018. So why is the case status showing tentative date for listing as 2 July? 

Please also ensure that I receive advance email notices for hearings in this matter. Proper notices were not sent to me for the proposed listing on 18 May and its pre-ponement to 17 May.
