Mr Ravindra Maithani, 

There is another mistake in the order dated 20 November 2017. One IA is not mentioned at all. The numbers of the two IAs mentioned is incorrectly recorded. It should be 123144. The other IA on the SC website case status is 122625, but in the cause list and order it is 122662. Order attached. 

Please ensure that all these mistakes are corrected.

There is a mistake in the order. The Record of Proceedings does not mention  IA No. 111244/2017 for recall of order dated 27 October 2017 which was also listed before the Court on 20 November 2017. 

I request that this mistake in the order be corrected.

The captioned matter was listed before Justice A K Goel and Justice U U Lalit yesterday. Justice Lalit has recused. The Court has directed that the matter be listed before another Bench (not including Jusice Lalit) within 2 weeks. 

The Order dated 20 November 2017 is still not uploaded on the Supreme Court website. Plus the file is still not sent to Section II C. 

The case status is showing the next likely date as 27th November. 

Please ensure that the order is uploaded and the file reaches the concerned branch so that steps to have the matter reassigned can be undertaken.
