I attach two screenshots. Please note that the Record of the Proceeding/ order in the Supreme Court on 20 November 2017 in case with diary number 10342/2016 has three vital mistakes. 

My IA to remove Pinky Anand as amicus and in which I mention that I was sexually harassed by Raian Karanjawala and sexually harassed and sexually assaulted by Soli Sorabjee and later threatened by Soli Sorabjee to drop my complaints against General Electric Company is not even mentioned in the order. There appears to be some attempt to suppress this IA No. 111244/2017. 

Justice U U Lalit probably recused because of this IA as he once worked as Mr Sorabjee's chamber junior. 

My IA to summon the Delhi High Court record is wrongly mentioned in the order as IA 122622 whereas the IA No. is 122625/2017. 

My IA for reference to a 5 Judge Constitution Bench is wrongly mentioned in the order as IA 12133 whereas the IA is 123144/ 2017. 

I have spoken to the office of the Secretary General and to Mr Juneja that these mistakes need to be corrected. I have also requested Ms Mohini Bhagchandani and the court master of court 11 to ensure that the mistakes are corrected. 

I was assured around 4 pm today that the order had been corrected. However the order still available on the Supreme Court website (at 6.37 pm) has not been corrected. 

All the three IAs must be correctly reflected in the order on file and on the Supreme Court website. 

Plus the correct order must be placed before the CJI for listing orders before a new Bench. This process should also not be unduly delayed as there is grave urgency in the matter concerning the threat to the life of the appellant. 

The cause-list for the next date of hearing must also correctly reflect the IAs that are pending. 

This case contains pleadings and evidence establishing corruption by General Electric Company and fraud, perjury and forgery before the Delhi High Court, hence it is important that no person be allowed to influence registry officials to manipulate the court record.
