To the President and Prime Minister of India, the Chief Justice of India and the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court,

To the Secretary General of the Supreme Court of India and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court,

To all others,

 

I continue to be poisoned.

 

Some kind of poisonous chemical gas is being released into my room since around 1 pm.  I am unable to breathe because of  this gas. If this continues I will end up dead. This gas was released into my room between 4 and 8 am this morning and at around 3 am yesterday morning. It looks like a nerve agent and is causing multiple symptoms. 

 

Employees at the place I am staying at are being used to target me. These include men called Manoj, Lallan, Manish Kumar, Raju, Bahadur, Bhawani Din etc who all work here. 

My life is at grave risk and attempts are being made to eliminate me. 

 

I am being targeted as described above by agents on behalf of General Electric Company because I exposed corruption and fraud by General Electric Company and its executives and lawyers. General Electric executives and lawyers including Jeffrey Immelt, Brackett Denniston, Bradford Berenson, Alexander Dimitrief, John Rice, John Flannery, Banmali Agrawala, Ashfaq Nainar, Jeffrey Eglash (all from General Electric) and Pratyush Kumar (ex-GE and now with Boeing India) remain responsible for my being poisoned and they want me dead.

 

I once again request the US government to provide me with witness protection.
