To Prime Minister Narendra Modi,

I have complained that I was poisoned by deliberate exposure to toxic chemicals and gases released into my room during my stay at an OYO hotel (Elevate Residency) in Gurgaon on the nights of 25-26 and 26-27 October 2014.

I reproduce at the end of this mail, a complaint made by me seeking registration of an FIR against two policemen, involved hotel staff, and other collaborators in this conspiracy and attempt to murder me during my stay at Elevate Residency.

I have both photographic and audio evidence against the two policemen involved in targeting me from the night of 26-27 October 2014.

On the evening and night of 26-27 October 2014, toxic chemicals were being released into my hotel room and I was publicising this. I had kept the balcony door open in order to protect myself.

Around midnight, I switched off the lights in my room and was falling off to sleep. At that time, a huge racket of dogs howling and barking started right on the street outside my room. I went out, saw the dogs howling right next to the security guards cabin. The security guard was absent or doing nothing. I complained to the hotel staff and the security guard was forced to put an end to the noise.

At that time, I noticed a Gurgaon police jeep parked outside the hotel (which is a very small guesthouse and in the middle of no-where in Gurgaon).

I asked hotel staff and learnt that two policemen were in the hotel room just below mine for the past two hours.

These policemen were present there to facilitate my being poisoned and to then cover up such poisoning.

I attach audio recordings of my interaction with these two policemen and the hotel staff from that night. I also suspect that the owner of Elevate Residency had been approached to facilitate my being targeted.

Not only did these two policemen have me poisoned that night, but they intimidated, abused and threatened me. The policemen threatened to use illegal police force against me when I asked them to leave. Note how one of the policemen abused me just before leaving in a very particular manner even though he could not have known anything about me.

Note also how the policeman wanted me to dial 100 when I asked him to leave. This would have provided the alibi for the police presence that would have been used to eliminate me.

The policeman present there twice threatened to call women police constables to the scene in order to use force against me. Another police jeep with women constables was called to the scene and was parked right outside the hotel for some time. It then left without the women police entering the hotel because I had made email complaints by then.

Note that I had not informed the police or anyone of my location until my email sent at 1: 14 am on 27 October 2014 after I found out about the two policemen holed up in the hotel.

The planned conspiracy was very similar to a fake encounter. The police was being used to have me poisoned. They would then have been used to cover up such poisoning. I would have been taken to some government hospital or facility or police station in Gurgaon against my will where the poisoning would have been covered up and I would have been further drugged or poisoned and effectively confined.

These audio recordings provide incontrovertible evidence that General Electric, its lawyers and their partners in crime including Montek Singh Ahluwalia are using police & State resources to target me. A cabal of lawyers and policemen is helping General Electric lawyers in targeting me.

The next morning on check out hotel staff were used in an attempt to not provide me with a proper invoice reflecting that I had settled the bill. I foiled this as well.

I point out that when I met Mukul Rohatgi (the Attorney General) later in the evening on 27 October seeking his assistance for my protection, he refused to help and retorted that I should go to a police station if I was being poisoned. Mukul Rohatgi is very close to lawyers targeting me including to Soli Sorabjee, Rajiv Nayar, Arun Jaitley, Maninder Singh, A S Chandhiok, Raian Karanjawala, etc.

Why would Mukul Rohatgi insist that I should go to a police station alone in the middle of the night when I was complaining of police involvement in attempts on my life? This is the conspiracy. I am being poisoned and the conspiracy is to use local policemen to cover it up and to have me harmed. Local policemen are being used in attempts to cover up my poisoning and in attempts to get me under police custody so that I can be falsely labelled mentally ill. This is what was attempted at the Oberoi Maidens Hotel in June 2014. This is what Inderjeet Singh Gill of Stallen Apartments was being used for in October 2014.

My family is being blackmailed and controlled using this cabal of lawyers. Mukul Rohatgi’s son has been appearing for my brother in a matter in the Delhi High Court.

Maybe Mukul Rohatgi can intervene and ensure that an FIR is registered at least for this complaint.
