Further you have sent me an email today deliberately misrecording my phone number as 9582716478 instead of 9582716748. You have also put down 9958869955 as another contact number for me when this is not my contact number and I have never provided this number to you. Your intent was to deliberately misdirect the proposed sms communication mentioned in the email.

Learned Counsel Mr. Manpreet Lamba appeared for the Claimant.
None for the Respondent Neither the Respondent nor anyone appeared on behalf of the Respondent.
It is to be noted that despite Notices being sent to her on earlier occasions, she has never appeared before the Tribunal. Today also Tribunal waited for her upto 12:15 PM but she remained absent.
Respondent's grievance is that this Tribunal has no jurisdiction to resolve the disputes existing between the Parties. She refers to a Pending Writ Petition in the High Court of Delhi.
Repeatedly, she was asked to produce Order of stay, restraining this tribunal to proceed in the matter but till date no such Order has been produced.
In fact, Learned Counsel for the Claimant informed that there is no dispute that one Writ Petition is pending in the High Court of Delhi but there is no order of stay, restraining this Tribunal, to proceed in the matter.
In the light of this I am proceeding in the matter but without passing ex-parte Order against the Respondent. Tribunal deems it fit to grant her one more opportunity to appear before the Tribunal.
Today Learned Counsel for the Claimant has submitted Affidavit Evidence of Mr. K.R. Radhakrishnan. Claimant to send it to Respondent after scanning through email. My Secretary shall also do it simultaneously. In absence of Respondent or her Learned Counsel, he cannot be cross examined, today.
My Secretary shall also send a short SMS to the Respondent on her Mobile Number, informing about the next date of Hearing.
I therefore fix the matter for cross erxamination of Mr. K.R. Radhakrishnan, who would remain present on the next date of Hearing.
Claimant has already paid Fees and expenses for both the Parties upto todays' date of Hearing as this is 3rd date of Hearing.
Claimant is directed to pay fees and expenses of the Tribunal, for further 3 dates of Hearing within four weeks from today for both the Parties. Cost of the same shall be worked out at the time of Final Award.
