Written FIR Complaint of Advocate Seema Sapra that on 21 January 2026, in a pre-planned manner, a man (who refused to identify himself) was used to target me using a PCR Policeman (who was hiding his badge and who refused to give his name) with intent to make false and frivolous accusations and a false complaint against me and with intent to threaten me to stop me from protecting myself by recording in pictures and videos to establish how I am being targeted and poisoned in my premises in Rajokari.
On 21 January 2026, both Virender (Monu) Yadav of Kunal Store and the man named Amjad who works in the barber shop owned by Mamraj Yadav were outside my premises the whole morning and were party to threatening me and poisoning me.
At around 13.04 on 26 January, I opened her gate and barely stepped out. As I always do for safety reasons, I had my phone camera on. I was recording what was going on in my vicinity and a man walked past the gate. I do not know who this man is and he does not live either in the houses in the lane or close by.
The man stopped and accused me of recording him. I asked for his name. He refused to give it. He started threatening me and told me that I was 'torturing them'. I stated that I was recording for my safety and did not want to talk to the man and he should just go away. While this was going on, Havan Yadav (who is centrally involved in targeting and poisoning me) from the opposite plot joined this man. The man said he would complain about me and I replied that he could do whatever he wanted.
Within 18 Minutes, a Policeman landed up outside my gate. He said he was from the PCR but there was no PCR vehicle in sight. The Policeman was hiding his name badge with a jacket and refused to give his name to me when I specifically asked for it. It was 21 degrees centigrade and this policeman was wearing a bomber jacket over a woollen full sleeved shirt. It is clear that the intent of wearing the jacket was to hide his name badge.
Please note that this Policeman allegedly from the PCR unit landed up in less than 18/15 minutes on 21 January 2026. Whereas on the 4 occasions when I have called the PCR to come to my premises in Rajokari for my protection, the PCR police did not come until multiple phone calls to 112 and took close to an hour to turn up every time. And there was no follow-up by the local Police.
The Policeman was rude, aggressive and threatening to me.
I told him there were two Delhi High Court protection orders and I was recording for my own safety. I was not misusing my recordings but was placing them on the Court record as evidence in support of my complaints.
I told him that I was facing a life threat because of my sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee. I was facing a life threat because of my corruption complaints against General Electric Company (now known as GE Aerospace).
I told him that on 19 January 2026, I had sent an FIR Complaint seeking registration of FIR for forgery of the document filed in Delhi High Court in Writ Petition Civil 1280/2012 on 28 January 2015 by lawyer Nanju Ganpathy under filing diary number 37442/2015 and falsely described in the court filing as "Copy of Power of Attorney of GE India Industrial Private Limited dated 8 December 2014" and seeking witness protection in respect of this complaint for the Complainant Ms Seema Sapra,
It is clear that today's preplanned attempt to intimidate me and to a procure false complaints against me is a retaliation with Police participation for my FIR complaint dated 19 January 2026.
I told him I was recording what was happening in my vicinity.
I told him that I had asked the DCP in writing to arrange for CCTV cameras which has not been done. This is also part of reloief claimed by me in one of my pending Writ Petitions.
My house is being entered into in my absence, Poisonous chemicals are being released into my premises. Stones are being thrown at my gate and inside. My gate is being repeatedly locked from outside imprisoning me inside my premises. I am being repeatedly threatened with violence. A hostile, threatening, intimidating and disruptive environment is being created around my premises. Persons are being used to stalk me. Persons have been used to come close to me and poison me with chemical agents. Openings have been created leading into my premises. My premises are being tampered with. I have been physically assaulted.
The Policeman then started telling me that I could not record him. I replied that I had the right to record him.
Meanwhile a man was standing outside my gate and was recording me on his mobile the whole time. Screenshot from video attached.
Meanwhile, Sunita Yadav, the wife of my landlord Mamraj Yadav (also centrally involved in targeting and poisoning me) also joined the group outside my premises. Two unknown men on mobikes/ scooters arrived and were lingering. A man living in Mamraj Yadav's plot next to my premises who is being used to poison me also came out and joined the group. Picture of this man is attached. Then Dilip Yadav arrived and started shouting about me. At this point I decided not to engage with this group.

Please note that I have the legal right to record videos if these are necessary to protect me. Sufficient cause has been shown by me before the Court in my several pending cases to justify my need to record my vicinity and to record evidence to establish how I am being targeted with poisonous chemicals, and threatened with violence.
This Policeman, and these persons were targeting me. They have also committed contempt of court by obstructing Delhi High Court protection orders.
An FIR must be registered for how I was targeted today by this Policeman, by this man and the others. The entire incident was scripted. The two goals were to threaten me and prevent me from protecting myself. And to create false complaints and a false narrative about me.
