Gate again bolted from outside at 14.40 on 11 December. This time it was students from Ma Ganga Vidyalaya. I was inside.

On 11 December, Adolescents created ruckus outside my gate and were then taunting, abusing, threatening, making obscene gestures when I went out to see who the persons involved were. Once again tenants of Mamraj Yadav.
Drunk abusive man used to urinate in front of me and abuse and threaten me on 10 December 2025, in the evening after dark. Saw him today at Ilyash's kabadi shop owned by Mamraj Yadav. Was saying stuff like, kabaddi hai, khareed loonga. This whole thing was staged in order to harass and intimidate.
Driver of taxi HR55AV6998 going into Dilip Yadav's plot attempted to run me over with the vehicle on 10 December 2025 in the evening after dark.
Message sent to Mamraj Yadav at 11.31 on 10 December to which no response has been received. Pictures and videos were also sent of my gate showing it was bolted from outside, of the adolescents involved, of the adolescents targeting and threatening me with a catapult on 10 December.
"Mamraj Yadav, these people irrespective of their age must not be seen again outside my premises. They are living in your plots or in those of your relatives. I also want their names plus the names and Copies of IDs of their parents. Seema Sapra"
Pictures of male and female adolescents being used to target me in a gang, locking me inside, creating ruckus outside, abusing, threatening, displaying obscene gestures and behaviour, throwing stones at my gate and inside my premises, releasing poisonous chemicals into my premises, etc are attached. These are just the adolescents not the adults involved.
On 10 December, two uniformed policemen in a private car accompanied by Desraj Yadav or his brother (Desraj Yadav is the Gurgaon Police Constable living in Rajokari who has been targeting me) went toward the plots where these tenants of Mamraj Yadav live.
No Policeman has contacted me.
All of this cannot happen without the participation of my landlord Mamraj Yadav, and his relatives and co-conspirators Dilip yadav, Desraj Yadav, B S Yadav, Sandeep Yadav, Pavan Ydav, Havan Yadav, Virender (Monu) Yadav atc. An FIR need to be registered against all these persons and others involved.

Despite my complaint of 7 December, the gate of my premises in Rajokari was again bolted from outside twice today. Pictures are attached. Pictures of the men/adolescents who did this today are attached.
These persons are tenants of Mamraj Yadav and/ or of his relatives B S Yadav, Gajraj Yadav, Dilip Yadav, etc. Mamraj Yadav, B S Yadav, Dilip Yadav, Pavan Yadav, Havan Yadav, Gajraj Yadav, Virender (Monu) Yadav of Kunal Store are collectively responsible for this ongoing targeting and harassment.
Contempt cases are being filed against DCP Amit Goel. the SHO Arvind Pratap Singh, SI Raju Hudda and others.
Other necessary legal steps are also being taken.

In the last one week, some persons acting as a group and targeting me in Rajokari, are repeatedly bolting the gate of my premises in Rajokari from outside. I then cannot open the gate to come out and have to climb up, look over the wall, and ask a passerby to open the bolt. This deliberate mischief has been done at least 10 times in the past week alone. This has also been done in the past.
A photo of the gate bolted from outside this afternoon on 7 December 2025 is attached.
An FIR needs to be registered for harassment, targeting, false imprisonment, tampering with private property, criminal conspiracy and other cognizable offences made out on the facts. Adolescents might have been used in the past one week, but adults are planning this and using these adolescents.
My statement may be recorded under the BNSS.
