2 pm on 7 February 2025Ongoing attempt to murder GE Aerospace whistleblower Seema Sapra - Larry Culp of GE Aerospace, DCP South West Surendra Chaudhary, ACP Vasant Kunj Satyajeet Sarin, SHO Vasant Kunj South Arvind Pratap Singh are responsible I was in the Delhi High Court yesterday. I met the Registrar General Mr Kanwal Jeet Arora and he will convey my objection about Sanjeev Sabharwal’s son Pritish Sabharwal appearing for Delhi High Court in my cases to Justice Subramonium Prasad who heads the Committee for instructing advocates to represent the Delhi High Court as Counsel for Delhi High Court. I also conveyed my objections about Pritish Sabharwal to Justice Subramonium Prasad (through his secretary and his court master) and will seek a meeting with him to place all relevant details before this Committee. I will request this Committee headed by Justice Subramonium Prasad to appoint a Senior Counsel to represent Delhi High Court in my cases and to remove Pritish Sabharwal. If required, appropriate legal proceedings by way of a writ petition, an application, written submissions or proceedings before the Supreme Court will be initiated to remove Pritish Sabharwal from my cases. Sanjeev Sabharwal is a corrupt, unethical and unscrupulous lawyer and fixer with a history of recorded misconduct. He was sacked by the MCD as its Standing Counsel in 2010/2011 after an enquiry by its vigilance wing over Sanjeev Sabharwal’s conduct in certain sealing cases. He was removed by Justice Mukta Gupta as Additional Public Prosecutor again for misconduct. He managed to have himself reinstated in both roles. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been targeting me along with other lawyers since 2012 when I filed the whistleblower corruption case WP Civil 1280/2012 against General Electric Company for corruption in the Railways Project and tenders for the diesel locomotive factory in Maehowra. In 2012, he was often seen in the Delhi High Court with then Sub Inspector Sanjeev Kumar who was targeting me when posted in the Police Chowki in Jangpura Extension. The same Sanjeev Kumar was posted as SHO of Vasant Kunj South Police Station when I moved to Rajokri in 2020. Both Sanjeev Kumar and Sanjeev Sabhawal are involved in having me targeted and poisoned in Rajokri. Pritish Sabharwal has appeared for Delhi High Court in my cases on 31 January 2025. I will file a writ petition for directions to the Delhi High Court that it nominate some other counsel instead of Pritish Sabharwal. Sanjeev Sabharwal, Pritish Sabharwal’s father and the son have both been targeting me for several years. Both are involved in having me poisoned both outside and inside Delhi High Court. Sanjeev Sabharwal is involved with some other lawyers in the conspiracy with Anand Khatri and Mehak Nakra in the filing of the false status report and the forged Police threat assessment report and the forged affidavit of DCP Amit Kaushik with the counterfeit stamp of DCP Special Cell SR. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been an Additional Public Prosecutor in Delhi High Court for several years. He was removed from this post for misconduct and was later reinstated. It is also strange that the lawyer appearing for Delhi High Court earlier Shashank Garg had about 14-15 years experience at the Bar. That itself was too low and a relatively junior lawyer was appointed by the Delhi High Court earlier. I will show that Shashank Garg himself did not handle my cases appropriately and was part of an attempted cover up of fraud on the Delhi High Court and of the filing of forged documents in Delhi High Court. Shashank Garg was made a Senior Advocate by the High Court. Now Pritish Sabharwal, a lawyer enrolled only in 2018 and very junior with only six years experience has been selected to appear for Delhi High Court in my cases when there are several other senior lawyers on the Delhi High Court panel. In addition, Pritish Sabharwal has been party to targeting me. His father Sanjeev Sabharwal has facilitated the forged documents filed by Anand Khatri and Mehak Nakra. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been targeting me since 2012 when I had filed WP Civil 1280 of 2012 (Seema Sapra versus General Electric Company and Others) exposing the corruption in the Railways Marhowra Diesel Locomotive Factory Project and tenders. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been used to have me poisoned outside Delhi High Court. Sanjeev Sabharwal has organised my being poisoned inside Delhi High Court including by policemen and by accused appearing in criminal cases in the courtrooms where my matters were listed. He has personally poisoned me with chemical agents repeatedly inside Delhi High Court. The selection of his unqualified son Pritish Sabharwal to appear for the Delhi High Court in my cases where very grave instances of fraud on the Delhi High Court are pointed out and where FIRs are sought for forged documents filed in Delhi High Court, and where FIRs are sought against very senior lawyers for attempt to murder is shocking and will be appropriately challenged by me. The Delhi High Court panel of lawyers has many much senior lawyers. Pritish Sabharwal with only 6 years experience at the Bar cannot represent Delhi High Court in the High Court. He can only represent Delhi High Court before the district courts. The choice of Pritish Sabharwal to represent Delhi High Court in my cases is arbitrary, unreasonable, perverse, and not in the interest of justice and I will ensure that he does not continue to represent the Delhi High Court in my cases. Until he is removed, Pritish Sabharwal as counsel representing Delhi High Court in any event has an extremely limited role to play in my cases. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been expressly mentioned by me in Contempt Case 683 of 2024 where I have stated as follows. 17. When the Petitioner was addressing the Court on 24 April 2024, lawyer and APP Sanjeev Sabharwal who has been targeting the Petitioner was sitting in Court behind her and appeared to be communicating with the Bench when the Petitioner was speaking. It also appeared as if lawyer Sanjeev Sabharwal had video recorded on his mobile phone the entire address of the Petitioner to the Court. A woman lawyer sitting next to him wearing purple lipstick was also possibly recording the Petitioner. |
Sanjeev Sabharwal has also been expressly mentioned in MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION NO 33885 OF 2023 filed by me in WRIT PETITION CRL NO. 437 OF 2018 where I have stated the following. 16. There is a grave and immediate threat to the life of the Petitioner whistle-blower lawyer from the following lawyers involved in the fraud committed on the Delhi High Court in WP Civil 1280/ 2012 which was committed to cover up the Petitioner’s whistle-blower corruption complaints against General Electric Company in connection with Railway Ministry’s Project and tenders for the diesel locomotive factory project in Marhowra Bihar. These lawyers include Zia Mody, Behram Vakil, Ajay Bahl. Nanju Ganpathy, Deepak Adlakha, Raian Karanjawala, Rajiv Nayar, Mukul Rohatgi, Percy Billimoria, A S Chandhiok, Hemant Singh, Sanjay Lao, Anand Khati, Santosh Kumar Tripathi, Mehak Nakra, Sanjiv Sabharwal, Sanjeev Bhandari, Kirti Uppal, Abhijat Bal, and Others. The Petitioner has again been poisoned in her Rajokri premises after 24 November every day and night. The Petitioner has been targeted with chemical fumes even in the Delhi High Court including inside the Courtroom when her case was listed. The Petitioner has been followed by several men every day. |
On 5 September 2023 I sent an email titled “Seema Sapra $GE #GE #FCPA whistleblower poisoned in Delhi High Court” which also went to the Police and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court where I stated the following. 14.45 A few minutes ago, I was coming from the filing branch and into the main building near the cafeteria entrance. Right there, lawyer Sanjiv Sabharwal was there. A man brought a gamcha close to my face. Soon after that I started getting breathless and sweating a lot. The man then took the stairs going down to the Registry. I am now sitting in Court 1. Someone has again targeted me with chemical fumes inside Court 1 and I am coughing. |
On 15 March 2019 I sent an email complaint titled “Grave and Immediate threat to life of Seema Sapra, General Electric Company whistle-blower and sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee who is being poisoned #MeToo #MeTooIndia #GE $GE” which also went to the Police and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court in which I also stated the following. I was also poisoned again today inside the Delhi High Court. Two of the lawyers involved are Sanjiv Sabharwal and Sunil Attri. Ripu Adlakha is also involved. |
I named Sanjeev Sabharwal in another email dated 4 April 2014 as one of the lawyers involved in the criminal conspiracy to eliminate me and sought the registration of an FIR against him. I have made several other complaints against Sanjeev Sabharwal on email and on social media including Twitter. A few months ago, Sanjeev Sabharwal was manoeuvring to get into an empty elevator in the Delhi High Court with me and I immediately got out. He has been following me in the High Court, stalking me and targeting me with chemical agents himself. He has been recording me on video in the Delhi High Court including in the lawyers cafeteria and then organising for me to be poisoned. Anand Khatri and Mehak Nakra did not act alone in filing the false status report of DCP Manpj C. and the forged Police Threat assessment report. Neither did Mehak Nakra act alone in filing the forged affidavit of DCP Amit Kaushik with the counterfeit stamp. A group of lawyers including Sanjeev Sabharwal have been party to this criminal conspiracy to obstruct the protection orders passed for me by the Delhi High Court. The hearing in my cases on 31 January 2025 took place at a time when I had not been seen in the Delhi High Court for several weeks. I was being poisoned in my premises in Rajokri. On 31 January 2025, I was getting ready to leave for the High Court. I had sent an email to the court-masters of the Special Bench comprising Justice Ajay Digpaul and Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar requesting that my cases be taken up after lunch. At 11.01 I sent a WhatsApp message to Delhi High Court Deputy Registrar Kiran Kalra requesting the contact numbers of the secretaries and court masters of the two Judges. After this at 11.01 I received a video call from Kiran Kalra on WhatsApp. I did not hear the phone ring and did not answer so it was a missed call. Almost immediately after that, while I was getting dressed, someone started to release highly poisonous chemical fumes into my premises in Rajokri. I saw Kiraqn Kalra’s missed video call but deliberately did not reply. I quickly got dressed and left for Court. I had to change my auto-rickshaw for safety. There was no reason for Kiran Kalra to call me and certainly no reason for a video call. What appears to have happened is this. My message to Kiran Kalra was seen by lawyers targeting me including Sanjeev Sabharwal as an opportunity to target me. He was made to video call me, expecting that I would either reply or call back. Meanwhile someone was used to start the poisoning in Rajokri. I would have been prevented from reaching the Court and Kiran Kalra along with Pritish Sabharwal as Counsel for Delhi High Court would have misrepresented facts to the Court and some conspiracy to eliminate me would have been advanced. This needs investigation. In Delhi High Court on 31 January 2025, I was compelled to wait in or outside Court 6 for over 2 hours for the Special Bench to assemble. As a sitting duck, I was repeatedly poisoned with chemical agents by some lawyers, some court clerks, and some interns attached to Justice Ajay Digpaul and/or Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar. DHCBA President Mohit Mathur was conveniently in the vicinity of Court 6. Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar was held up in another Division Bench where lawyers I face a threat to life from (Rajiv Nayar and Dayan Krishnan) were appearing. Once again, the intent was to poison me before the hearing and then use Pritish Sabharwal and Radhika Biswajit Dubey to cover up before the Bench and advance a criminal conspiracy to eliminate me. Radhika Biswajit Dubey has already threatened and gaslighted me. She has a conflict of interest because of her previous job with Amarchand Mangaldas who were advising General Electric on the Marhowra diesel locomotive factory Project and because of her work with Percy Billimoria etc at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas who was involved with the fraud committed on the Delhi High Court by AZB & Partners in interalia filing the forged GE authority documents in WP Civil 1280/2012. After the hearing on 31 January 2025, I saw Sanjeev Sabharwal sitting with Sanjay Dewan a DHCBA executive committee member. DHCBA Secretary Sandeep Sharma was sitting with a large group of lawyers who have been targeting me. On 31 January 2025, I requested Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar to recuse because in the last one year before he became a Judge, his junior colleagues and clerks were used to stalk and poison me with chemical agents in Court on several occasions. I had mentioned this to him. I had said to him that I was not making a formal complaint. I wished him well, hoped he became a Judge and extracted a promise from him that he would not hear my cases. On at least one occasion, I had discussed one of my cases with him. He had helped me financially with a small amount. All through, right up until his appointment as a Judge, Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar always greeted me, waving to me from across the hall and I bear him no ill-will. I am in my Rajokri premises today and am again being targeted and poisoned nonstop since last evening. This is a Google Drive folder containing pictures of some persons used to target and poison me in Rajokri https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17JUcjtpqz0RTOnkzAiT9kSMjnI9Ezgn-?usp=sharing I am being targeted and poisoned in my Rajokri premises with hot poisonous corrosive chemical smoke and poisonous and corrosive chemical fumes, nerve agents, organophosphate pesticides, solvents, neurotoxins, being released nonstop from adjoining shops and through adjoining shops owned by the landlord Mamraj Yadav and through the foundation and pipes/ openings leading into my premises. Some kind of anaesthesia gas is also being released into my premises in large quantities. There appears to be an intention to eliminate me by either causing death, or by making me ill, or by incapacitating me including by causing paralysis or disability targeting my ability to walk. I need Z+ security. This is an ongoing attempt to murder. My dead body will be found. My premises in Rajokri are being entered into in my absence and openings are being created to release poisonous chemical fumes into my premises. Key persons being used to poison me in Rajokri include my landlord Mamraj Yadav and his wife Sunita Yadav and his son Mohit Yadav. Also being used to poison me are Mamraj Yadav’s relatives – Gajraj Yadav’s son, Pavan Yadav (tailor) and his brother Havan Yadav, Dilip Yadav and Dilip Yadav’s wife and two sons, Bhim Singh Yadav and his son Sandeep Yadav, a Haryana Police Head Constable living in Rajokri Desraj Yadav, a local man named Virender ((Monu) Yadav who runs a store called Kunal Store, local men Satpal Yadav and his brother Captain Dharampal Yadav who have political ambitions, contested MCD elections, have met and campaigned for both ex MP Ramesh Bidhuri and present MP Ramvir Bidhuri and for Gajainder Yadav BJP MLA. Ramesh Bidhuri, Ramvir Bidhuri and Gajainder Yadav (all from the BJP) are involved in facilitating the poisoning and criminal conspiracy to murder GE Aerospace whistleblower Seema Sapra. Persons with access to the adjoining shops owned by Mamraj Yadav are being used to poison me. Openings have also been created in the lane and road outside. A large number of persons living as tenants of Mamraj Yadav, Gajraj Yadav, Pavan Yadav, Havan Yadav, Dilip Yadav and Bhim Singh Yadav are also being used to poison me. I met the Registrar General Mr Kanwal Jeet Arora and he will convey my objection about Sanjeev Sabharwal’s son Pritish Sabharwal appearing for Delhi High Court in my cases to Justice Subramonium Prasad who heads the Committee for instructing advocates to represent the Delhi High Court as Counsel for Delhi High Court. I also conveyed my objections about Pritish Sabharwal to Justice Subramonium Prasad (through his secretary and his court master) and will seek a meeting with him to place all relevant details before this Committee. I will request this Committee headed by Justice Subramonium Prasad to appoint a Senior Counsel to represent Delhi High Court in my cases and to remove Pritish Sabharwal. If required, appropriate legal proceedings by way of a writ petition, an application, written submissions or proceedings before the Supreme Court will be initiated to remove Pritish Sabharwal from my cases. Sanjeev Sabharwal is a corrupt, unethical and unscrupulous lawyer and fixer with a history of recorded misconduct. He was sacked by the MCD as its Standing Counsel in 2010/2011 after an enquiry by its vigilance wing over Sanjeev Sabharwal’s conduct in certain sealing cases. He was removed by Justice Mukta Gupta as Additional Public Prosecutor again for misconduct. He managed to have himself reinstated in both roles. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been targeting me along with other lawyers since 2012 when I filed the whistleblower corruption case WP Civil 1280/2012 against General Electric Company for corruption in the Railways Project and tenders for the diesel locomotive factory in Maehowra. In 2012, he was often seen in the Delhi High Court with then Sub Inspector Sanjeev Kumar who was targeting me when posted in the Police Chowki in Jangpura Extension. The same Sanjeev Kumar was posted as SHO of Vasant Kunj South Police Station when I moved to Rajokri in 2020. Both Sanjeev Kumar and Sanjeev Sabhawal are involved in having me targeted and poisoned in Rajokri. Pritish Sabharwal has appeared for Delhi High Court in my cases on 31 January 2025. I will file a writ petition for directions to the Delhi High Court that it nominate some other counsel instead of Pritish Sabharwal. Sanjeev Sabharwal, Pritish Sabharwal’s father and the son have both been targeting me for several years. Both are involved in having me poisoned both outside and inside Delhi High Court. Sanjeev Sabharwal is involved with some other lawyers in the conspiracy with Anand Khatri and Mehak Nakra in the filing of the false status report and the forged Police threat assessment report and the forged affidavit of DCP Amit Kaushik with the counterfeit stamp of DCP Special Cell SR. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been an Additional Public Prosecutor in Delhi High Court for several years. He was removed from this post for misconduct and was later reinstated. It is also strange that the lawyer appearing for Delhi High Court earlier Shashank Garg had about 14-15 years experience at the Bar. That itself was too low and a relatively junior lawyer was appointed by the Delhi High Court earlier. I will show that Shashank Garg himself did not handle my cases appropriately and was part of an attempted cover up of fraud on the Delhi High Court and of the filing of forged documents in Delhi High Court. Shashank Garg was made a Senior Advocate by the High Court. Now Pritish Sabharwal, a lawyer enrolled only in 2018 and very junior with only six years experience has been selected to appear for Delhi High Court in my cases when there are several other senior lawyers on the Delhi High Court panel. In addition, Pritish Sabharwal has been party to targeting me. His father Sanjeev Sabharwal has facilitated the forged documents filed by Anand Khatri and Mehak Nakra. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been targeting me since 2012 when I had filed WP Civil 1280 of 2012 (Seema Sapra versus General Electric Company and Others) exposing the corruption in the Railways Marhowra Diesel Locomotive Factory Project and tenders. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been used to have me poisoned outside Delhi High Court. Sanjeev Sabharwal has organised my being poisoned inside Delhi High Court including by policemen and by accused appearing in criminal cases in the courtrooms where my matters were listed. He has personally poisoned me with chemical agents repeatedly inside Delhi High Court. The selection of his unqualified son Pritish Sabharwal to appear for the Delhi High Court in my cases where very grave instances of fraud on the Delhi High Court are pointed out and where FIRs are sought for forged documents filed in Delhi High Court, and where FIRs are sought against very senior lawyers for attempt to murder is shocking and will be appropriately challenged by me. The Delhi High Court panel of lawyers has many much senior lawyers. Pritish Sabharwal with only 6 years experience at the Bar cannot represent Delhi High Court in the High Court. He can only represent Delhi High Court before the district courts. The choice of Pritish Sabharwal to represent Delhi High Court in my cases is arbitrary, unreasonable, perverse, and not in the interest of justice and I will ensure that he does not continue to represent the Delhi High Court in my cases. Until he is removed, Pritish Sabharwal as counsel representing Delhi High Court in any event has an extremely limited role to play in my cases. Sanjeev Sabharwal has been expressly mentioned by me in Contempt Case 683 of 2024 where I have stated as follows. 17. When the Petitioner was addressing the Court on 24 April 2024, lawyer and APP Sanjeev Sabharwal who has been targeting the Petitioner was sitting in Court behind her and appeared to be communicating with the Bench when the Petitioner was speaking. It also appeared as if lawyer Sanjeev Sabharwal had video recorded on his mobile phone the entire address of the Petitioner to the Court. A woman lawyer sitting next to him wearing purple lipstick was also possibly recording the Petitioner. Sanjeev Sabharwal has also been expressly mentioned in MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATION NO 33885 OF 2023 filed by me in WRIT PETITION CRL NO. 437 OF 2018 where I have stated the following. 16. There is a grave and immediate threat to the life of the Petitioner whistle-blower lawyer from the following lawyers involved in the fraud committed on the Delhi High Court in WP Civil 1280/ 2012 which was committed to cover up the Petitioner’s whistle-blower corruption complaints against General Electric Company in connection with Railway Ministry’s Project and tenders for the diesel locomotive factory project in Marhowra Bihar. These lawyers include Zia Mody, Behram Vakil, Ajay Bahl. Nanju Ganpathy, Deepak Adlakha, Raian Karanjawala, Rajiv Nayar, Mukul Rohatgi, Percy Billimoria, A S Chandhiok, Hemant Singh, Sanjay Lao, Anand Khati, Santosh Kumar Tripathi, Mehak Nakra, Sanjiv Sabharwal, Sanjeev Bhandari, Kirti Uppal, Abhijat Bal, and Others. The Petitioner has again been poisoned in her Rajokri premises after 24 November every day and night. The Petitioner has been targeted with chemical fumes even in the Delhi High Court including inside the Courtroom when her case was listed. The Petitioner has been followed by several men every day. On 5 September 2023 I sent an email titled “Seema Sapra $GE #GE #FCPA whistleblower poisoned in Delhi High Court” which also went to the Police and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court where I stated the following. 14.45 A few minutes ago, I was coming from the filing branch and into the main building near the cafeteria entrance. Right there, lawyer Sanjiv Sabharwal was there. A man brought a gamcha close to my face. Soon after that I started getting breathless and sweating a lot. The man then took the stairs going down to the Registry. I am now sitting in Court 1. Someone has again targeted me with chemical fumes inside Court 1 and I am coughing. On 15 March 2019 I sent an email complaint titled “Grave and Immediate threat to life of Seema Sapra, General Electric Company whistle-blower and sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee who is being poisoned #MeToo #MeTooIndia #GE $GE” which also went to the Police and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court in which I also stated the following. I was also poisoned again today inside the Delhi High Court. Two of the lawyers involved are Sanjiv Sabharwal and Sunil Attri. Ripu Adlakha is also involved. I named Sanjeev Sabharwal in another email dated 4 April 2014 as one of the lawyers involved in the criminal conspiracy to eliminate me and sought the registration of an FIR against him. I have made several other complaints against Sanjeev Sabharwal on email and on social media including Twitter. A few months ago, Sanjeev Sabharwal was manoeuvring to get into an empty elevator in the Delhi High Court with me and I immediately got out. He has been following me in the High Court, stalking me and targeting me with chemical agents himself. He has been recording me on video in the Delhi High Court including in the lawyers cafeteria and then organising for me to be poisoned. Anand Khatri and Mehak Nakra did not act alone in filing the false status report of DCP Manpj C. and the forged Police Threat assessment report. Neither did Mehak Nakra act alone in filing the forged affidavit of DCP Amit Kaushik with the counterfeit stamp. A group of lawyers including Sanjeev Sabharwal have been party to this criminal conspiracy to obstruct the protection orders passed for me by the Delhi High Court. The hearing in my cases on 31 January 2025 took place at a time when I had not been seen in the Delhi High Court for several weeks. I was being poisoned in my premises in Rajokri. On 31 January 2025, I was getting ready to leave for the High Court. I had sent an email to the court-masters of the Special Bench comprising Justice Ajay Digpaul and Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar requesting that my cases be taken up after lunch. At 11.01 I sent a WhatsApp message to Delhi High Court Deputy Registrar Kiran Kalra requesting the contact numbers of the secretaries and court masters of the two Judges. After this at 11.01 I received a video call from Kiran Kalra on WhatsApp. I did not hear the phone ring and did not answer so it was a missed call. Almost immediately after that, while I was getting dressed, someone started to release highly poisonous chemical fumes into my premises in Rajokri. I saw Kiraqn Kalra’s missed video call but deliberately did not reply. I quickly got dressed and left for Court. I had to change my auto-rickshaw for safety. There was no reason for Kiran Kalra to call me and certainly no reason for a video call. What appears to have happened is this. My message to Kiran Kalra was seen by lawyers targeting me including Sanjeev Sabharwal as an opportunity to target me. He was made to video call me, expecting that I would either reply or call back. Meanwhile someone was used to start the poisoning in Rajokri. I would have been prevented from reaching the Court and Kiran Kalra along with Pritish Sabharwal as Counsel for Delhi High Court would have misrepresented facts to the Court and some conspiracy to eliminate me would have been advanced. This needs investigation. In Delhi High Court on 31 January 2025, I was compelled to wait in or outside Court 6 for over 2 hours for the Special Bench to assemble. As a sitting duck, I was repeatedly poisoned with chemical agents by some lawyers, some court clerks, and some interns attached to Justice Ajay Digpaul and/or Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar. DHCBA President Mohit Mathur was conveniently in the vicinity of Court 6. Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar was held up in another Division Bench where lawyers I face a threat to life from (Rajiv Nayar and Dayan Krishnan) were appearing. Once again, the intent was to poison me before the hearing and then use Pritish Sabharwal and Radhika Biswajit Dubey to cover up before the Bench and advance a criminal conspiracy to eliminate me. Radhika Biswajit Dubey has already threatened and gaslighted me. She has a conflict of interest because of her previous job with Amarchand Mangaldas who were advising General Electric on the Marhowra diesel locomotive factory Project and because of her work with Percy Billimoria etc at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas who was involved with the fraud committed on the Delhi High Court by AZB & Partners in interalia filing the forged GE authority documents in WP Civil 1280/2012. After the hearing on 31 January 2025, I saw Sanjeev Sabharwal sitting with Sanjay Dewan a DHCBA executive committee member. DHCBA Secretary Sandeep Sharma was sitting with a large group of lawyers who have been targeting me. On 31 January 2025, I requested Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar to recuse because in the last one year before he became a Judge, his junior colleagues and clerks were used to stalk and poison me with chemical agents in Court on several occasions. I had mentioned this to him. I had said to him that I was not making a formal complaint. I wished him well, hoped he became a Judge and extracted a promise from him that he would not hear my cases. On at least one occasion, I had discussed one of my cases with him. He had helped me financially with a small amount. All through, right up until his appointment as a Judge, Justice Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar always greeted me, waving to me from across the hall and I bear him no ill-will. I am in my Rajokri premises today and am again being targeted and poisoned nonstop since last evening. Some kind of anaesthesia gas is also being released into my premises in large quantities. There appears to be an intention to eliminate me by either causing death, or by making me ill, or by incapacitating me including by causing paralysis or disability targeting my ability to walk. I need Z+ security. This is an ongoing attempt to murder. My dead body will be found. My premises in Rajokri are being entered into in my absence and openings are being created to release poisonous chemical fumes into my premises. Key persons being used to poison me in Rajokri include my landlord Mamraj Yadav and his wife Sunita Yadav and his son Mohit Yadav. Also being used to poison me are Mamraj Yadav’s relatives – Gajraj Yadav’s son, Pavan Yadav (tailor) and his brother Havan Yadav, Dilip Yadav and Dilip Yadav’s wife and two sons, Bhim Singh Yadav and his son Sandeep Yadav, a Haryana Police Head Constable living in Rajokri Desraj Yadav, a local man named Virender ((Monu) Yadav who runs a store called Kunal Store, local men Satpal Yadav and his brother Captain Dharampal Yadav who have political ambitions, contested MCD elections, have met and campaigned for both ex MP Ramesh Bidhuri and present MP Ramvir Bidhuri and for Gajainder Yadav BJP MLA. Ramesh Bidhuri, Ramvir Bidhuri and Gajainder Yadav (all from the BJP) are involved in facilitating the poisoning and criminal conspiracy to murder GE Aerospace whistleblower Seema Sapra. Persons with access to the adjoining shops owned by Mamraj Yadav are being used to poison me. Openings have also been created in the lane and road outside. A large number of persons living as tenants of Mamraj Yadav, Gajraj Yadav, Pavan Yadav, Havan Yadav, Dilip Yadav and Bhim Singh Yadav are also being used to poison me.
