Attached are videos and screenshots of three men who were releasing poisonous chemical fumes into my Rajokri premises in the intervening night of 20-21 February 2025. They have been doing this for some weeks since this e-rickshaw driver moved into Pavan Yadav’s plot. It is obvious that they are doing this with Police protection. And it is obvious that Pavan and Havan Yadav are harbouring one or two of them and know that they are being used to poison me. Since the men in the videos appear to be connected to Purvanchali Yadavs, their connection to Gajainder Yadav, the new local MLA must be probed. His name is Raj Kumar Yadav. I had called the Police for him earlier as well when he and two other men were drinking liquor outside my premises at night, creating a ruckus and releasing poisonous chemicals into my premises. But there has been no follow up by the Police after the PCR call. Another man was on a mobike UP95H0352. There was a third man as well who later gave his name as Sujit Kumar, possibly Yadav.I caught them in the act of releasing poisonous chemical fumes into my premises from the area of the shops in front. They went away first. After some time they returned and again released poisonous chemical fumes into my premises including some anaesthesia gas. Note the difference in their demeanour and behaviour in the first set of videos and later when they returned. In the first video, they were scared and nervous. When they came back, they again created a ruckus outside and that is when I went out. They were also releasing some kind of anaesthesia gas into my premises. In the second video, the men are acting different, taunting me. They taunted me that I could call the Police. No doubt they actually went and met the Policemen who are party to this and were tutored and told to come back. The second act by these men last night was a cover up attempt. The policemen and others protecting them will be prosecuted as well. This morning both Raj Prasad Yadav and Sujit Kumar were together outside my premises and having meetings with people in the shops in front. The shops have common walls with my premises. Both my porch and my room. The shops also have a common foundation and access to the foundation of my premises. The persons renting these shops and having access to these shops owned by Mamraj Yadav have created openings leading into my premises. Chemicals are being released into my premises from these shops. Openings have been created outside the shops as well accessible from the road and the lane. Passages have been created leading into my premises from these openings. At night, multiple men are being used to use these openings to introduce poisonous chemicals, anaesthesia gases and poisonous smoke into my premises throughout the night. The entire stricture is being flooded with these poisonous chemicals and I am the only human living there. Local Rajokri residents including Pavan Yadav, Havan Yadav, Virender (Monu) Yadav and several others etc are aware of these openings and passages. They are also poisoning me themselves. But in the last couple of months, this e-rickshaw river and another e-rickshaw driver are being used to poison me at night. Persons involved in creating these openings and passages leading into my premises include Mamraj Yadav, his employees Umesh and Ilyash (Kabadi shop owner), his tenants Mohd. Shakil and Amjad, Man named Sonu of Mahadev General Store, Virender (Monu) Yadav of Kunal Store, Pavan Yadav, Havan Yadav, Bhim Singh Yadav, and several others. My room has 4 walls. One faces my porch. One wall is common with the shop that Mamraj Yadav has kept empty and from where openings have been created into my room and my porch. This wall has a plastered up door and window plus wall shelves. Hence the wall is easy to tamper with. One wall is common with this shop called Mahadev General Store and possibly the barber shop. This is possibly a 5 inch wall which has been deliberately hollowed out and damaged with huge screws and with hammering. Parts of the wall have been destroyed. I can now hear sounds of actions from this shop, for example if something is moved or placed near my wall or if the mobile rings. The sounds are almost as if they are in my room. The wall sounds hollow. A lot of this damage is recent and has happened in the last 4-5 months and especially in the last month. The hollow sounds of things being moved etc in the shop are recent and were not audible earlier. It is obvious that my privacy is also being invaded and any sounds I make are also audible in this shop. The third wall faces a common portion with the kabadi shop run by Ilyash and Rehaan. This wall has also been totally destroyed and all plaster, concrete and portions of bricks have been removed from the Kabadi shop side. Instead of a brick and concrete wall, what is left is a thin layer of plaster on my side which is being damaged and cracked at will. Openings have again been created into my room and bathroom. Openings have also been created in the false ceiling in my room and bathroom and in the floors. The water drain in my premises is being used to release poisonous smoke and chemical fumes into my bathroom. Holes were created in the floor tiles and skirting and even a small piece of grout under the pot was removed. All water taps, the sink space and the area behind the pot were accessed from the Kabadi shop and openings created to release poisonous chemical fumes and smoke into my premises. There is daily constant hammering on the structure of my premises from these shops. A few other things need to be clearly stated. The Police has not investigated my complaint of poisoning. The Police has not entered my premises ever. They have not looked at the openings in my premises. The Police has not examined these shops or the openings outside. Instead as a cover up, the false status report filed in Delhi High Court under the signature of DCP Manoj C. in October 2023 contains a false statement that the shops were inspected and there is no opening. Mohd Shakil has himself confirmed to me on video that the Police never inspected the shops. The openings are there for all to see. I have pictures and videos of these openings. Second the false status report contains alleged bald false statements by Ilyash, Mohd Shakil, Pavan Yadav, Sunita Yadav etc that no chemical fumes are being released into my premises. That is all that the Police status report states. So the Police has ignored me, the complainant and victim, ignored my detailed complaints, failed to gather and look at the evidence, failed to examine the structure, and merely stated that certain persons who were accused of the crime by me have simply stated that there are no chemical fumes being released into my premises. No FIR. No investigation, No Preliminary enquiry. Nothing. My statement not recorded. My complaints ignored. My premises not inspected. Adjoining premises not inspected. This itself shows that Mohd. Shakil, Ilyash, Umesh, Mamraj Yadav, Sunita Yadav, Pavan Yadav etc who are being used to poison me are doing this with Police protection at the behest of powerful persons and entities targeting me. Yesterday I sent an email to the Chairman of Maa Ganga Vidyalaya asking that students from his school be stopped from targeting me in a planned manner, throwing stones at and inside my gate, kicking it etc. The email is reproduced below. Attempt to murder around 23.00 on18 February 2025 A man calling himself Sonu, renting a shop (which he has named Mahadev General Store) from my landlord Mamraj Yadav which shares a wall with my room in my Rajokri premises, in which wall he has made holes and from where in connivance with others he has been releasing poisonous chemical fumes into my premises/room, came outside my gate drunk, picked up a large stone which had been placed there earlier and attempted to hit me over my gate. I went after him. Recorded his admission. He then came to my lane again and drove past my gate twice threatening me with his alleged nephew recording me. Picture attached. I am in my Rajokri premises today and am again being targeted and poisoned with extremely poisonous chemical fumes being released into my Rajokri premises. Non-stop poisoning since around 8 am. Some kind of anaesthesia gas is also being released into my premises in large quantities. I need Z+ security. This is an ongoing attempt to murder. My dead body will be found. My premises in Rajokri are being entered into in my absence and openings are being created to release poisonous chemical fumes into my premises. Key persons being used to poison me in Rajokri include my landlord Mamraj Yadav and his wife Sunita Yadav and his son Mohit Yadav. Also being used to poison me are Mamraj Yadav’s relatives – Gajraj Yadav’s son, Pavan Yadav (tailor) and his brother Havan Yadav and their mother and Pavan Yadav’s wife, son and daughter, Dilip Yadav and Dilip Yadav’s wife and two sons, Bhim Singh Yadav and his son Sandeep Yadav, a Haryana Police Head Constable living in Rajokri Desraj Yadav, another Haryana Police Constable named Kamal Tyagi, a local man named Virender ((Monu) Yadav who runs a store called Kunal Store, local men Satpal Yadav and his brother Captain Dharampal Yadav who have political ambitions, contested MCD elections, have met and campaigned for both ex MP Ramesh Bidhuri and present MP Ramvir Bidhuri and for Gajainder Yadav now the BJP MLA. Naresh Yadav previously from the Aam Aadmi Party, Ramesh Bidhuri, Ramvir Bidhuri and Gajainder Yadav (all four now from the BJP) appear to be involved in facilitating the poisoning and criminal conspiracy to murder GE Aerospace whistleblower Seema Sapra. Persons with access to the adjoining shops owned by Mamraj Yadav are being used to poison me. Openings have also been created in the lane and road outside. A large number of persons living as tenants of Mamraj Yadav, Gajraj Yadav, Pavan Yadav, Havan Yadav, Dilip Yadav and Bhim Singh Yadav are also being used to poison me.
