Blackie the dog is missing from Bapa Nagar. 

He has been targeted by Delhi Police again now as a result of this communication from the Animal Welfare Board on order to cover up attacks on me and the dogs I feed.  

Where is Blackie the dog? Has he been killed, beaten,  poisoned or picked up at the behest of Delhi Police.

Please note how the pcr with car licence number 3602 arrives to issue instructions to this mob and asks these persons to meet the PCR near gate 7 out of my camera view.

I have videos of this very PCR car being used in attempts to run over these dogs.  On at least 4-5 occasions,  policemen in this very PCR car tried to hurt the dogs by opening car doors in the moving car to hit the dogs running along the car. I have videos of all of this. Tommy one of the dogs had gotten hurt in his leg by this tactic of the police.

This vehicle was used to attempt to run over the dogs on 31 July as well.

Cctv will confirm this.
