I was again poisoned last night outside gate 8 Delhi High Court. I was also poisoned today in Lodhi Garden where I was not allowed to sleep and multiple attempts were made to murder me. 

I was stalked, targeted and poisoned today in Delhi High Court.

It also needs to be investigated what the intention of Hotel Maurya staff today was. Assuming the Hotel management decided I was not welcome then why not tell me that on email. Or why not let management tell me that. Why do what happened today. Why use contract security guards to stop me at the main door after scanning my bags.

I go to Hotel Maurya today. My bags are scanned. One woman security guard is the only one who attends to me. After the security check she stops me from entering the lobby. I am told that I need to wait. Someone lies that someone is passing in the hotel lobby. Meanwhile a male security guard is talking on the phone to someone. Another woman guest is allowed to enter. One of the door staff lets me walk in through another door.

Samir Jilani who has only recently joined ITC Maurya Delhi less than a month ago, if he is posted there at all, turns up and identifies himself only as Samir and as the Deputy General Manager. Samir makes a pretence of speaking to the guards outside. Samir addresses me incorrectly as "Sapna" and then tells me that the hotel is restricting my entry. Colonel Narender Singh turns up. I ask Samir for his card, his full name and designation. He refuses and rudely tells me I don't need to know that information. I ask him for the reason and he refuses to give any. He mumbles something about the Hotel's objectives and about my complaints. He tells me the hotel reserves the right of admission. When I ask him for the name of the person who took the decision to stop my entry, he refuses and says its a hotel decision.

I think the plan was this. I was to be stopped at the Hotel entry and the plan was to hand me over to the Police using the security guards. Some concocted complaints would have been made against me.

I am in the middle of filing a new writ petition in the Supreme Court and this plan was intended to prevent me from doing that.

This is to record that around 2.45 pm today, I went to the ITC Maurya Hotel in New Delhi. After scanning my bags, a woman security guard prevented me from entering the Hotel. I walked into the lobby and spoke with management. One Mr Samir Jilani and Colonel Narender Singh. I was told by them that the hotel was refusing entry to me. I was not given any valid reason.

As you are aware and as are some of your management staff I have spoken to on my visits, I was repeatedly stalked, targeted and poisoned with chemical agents on your hotel premises on each and every one of my visits there. Some of your staff and managers were complicit. Complaints were duly made by me to the Police.

Attempts were also repeatedly made to drug/ poison my food and drink during my visit to your hotel. Once again your staff was involved.

Instead of responding to my email below of November 4 2019 and taking steps to address my concerns, your hotel staff and managers continued to target me and to facilitate my targeting on each and every visit by me to your hotel.

Today was the culmination when in an attempt to further humiliate and target me, your hotel managers prevented me from entering the hotel. I was a paying customer.

ITC and ITC Hotels are clients of Raian Karanjawala. Lawyer Parag Tripathi, a close associate of Soli Sorabjee saw me at your hotel a couple of days ago.

I will be moving the Delhi High Court for registration of FIRs in respect of my being targeted, drugged, poisoned, stalked and harassed at ITC Maurya Delhi.

I will also be seeking compensation, damages and a written, published apology from ITC for the atrocious treatment meted out to me at your hotel by your staff and security.

I ask that you preserve CCTV records of all my visits to the ITC Maurya.

Dear Ms Benita Sharma,
I request that ITC Maurya preserve the CCTV records of my visit to the Hotel yesterday. Not only from the lobby and the Pavilion restaurant but also from the front porch and entrances etc.
The CCTV will disclose how the stalking and harassment which took place in the lobby was planned with police involvement. I was also poisoned with toxic chemicals by some of these men while I was sitting in the hotel lobby.
I will be moving an application before the Supreme Court for directions that a Special CBI team be constituted to investigate how I am being stalked and targeted.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you and for a confirmation that the hotel will take steps to preserve and secure the CCTV camera records.
