2. On 16 August 2019, the Appellant filed IA 123155/2019 in this appeal which has still not been listed for hearing.
3. The Appellant is being poisoned. The Appellant is in grave and immediate danger and draws the attention of this Hon’ble Court to her complaints of poisoning over the last few days (the present date is 17 September 2019) made to the Police and other authorities which are being ignored. On 14 September 2019 I was poisoned with highly poisonous chemical fumes which were deliberately released into the accommodation I was staying at. This is Advocate Raman Duggal's office on Gautam Nagar Road very close to the residence of the Attorney General Mr K K Venugopal.
This chemical caused severe chemical burns and blistering in my mouth and probably in my airways and lungs. I also vomited. I left the place to save myself. I was targeted while leaving by some persons waiting for me outside and some chemical was used on me which started to make my face and eyes burn. It also gave me a headache. And nausea. There was also weakness in my legs. I am being poisoned with a cocktail of poisonous chemicals.
I was followed to Select City Walk Mall and was poisoned there. I have since Saturday been repeatedly exposed to the same chemical by persons used to stalk me. This has happened outside Delhi High Court the last two nights. Last night I thought I was going to have a heart attack outside the Delhi High Court as my chest started to feel tight and there was pain and pressure and squeezing in my heart because of the poisoning.
I was followed to Cyberhub on Sunday and was poisoned there.
I was repeatedly poisoned today inside the ladies bar room in the Supreme Court and when I was entering and leaving the Supreme Court. A large group of women lawyers who regularly sit in the ladies bar room are all participating in poisoning me. Remember I am someone who has chemical burns and am therefore extra sensitive to any further exposure to chemicals.
I decided to sleep again in Raman Duggal's office as I had no other option besides Lodhi Gardens.
I have blisters in my mouth and in my eyes. My eyes have been continuously burning since Saturday. Both my eyes and mouth cavity are painful. I have experienced nausea, weakness in legs, I have thrown up, I have been coughing and have experienced breathlessness and tightness and pain in the heart.
Since I started sleeping in Raman Duggal's office about a month ago. I have also been poisoned with something which is now causing hair loss which was not happening in August.
This evening around 8.31 pm , i am again being poisoned with some amount of chemicals where I am sitting. This has been going on for at least two hours. It is one of the same chemicals used to poison me on Saturday.
A picture of the blisters inside my mouth is attached. My tongue and mouth are both feeling raw and rough.

I had filed IA 123155/2019 in the Supreme Court on 16 August 2019 in Criminal Appeal No. 1238/2019. This is still to be listed for hearing. It is attached and reproduced below.
On 27 August, I was emailed a letter from the Supreme Court Registry notifying me of "clerical errors" in this application. I visited the Supreme Court Registry on 28 August 2019 and addressed the "errors". I have also filed the attached letter dated 28 August 2019 addressed to the Supreme Court Registrar in Criminal Appeal 1238/2019 on 28 August 2019 under filing number 131095/2019.
This letter is also reproduced below. I expect IA 123155/2019 to be listed for hearing before the Court soon.
Today I was poisoned inside the Supreme Court both in the Ladies Bar Room and in SCBA Library 2. I was also poisoned in the Police security booth next to the PRO office and while I was walking out of the Supreme Court compound.
Yesterday a Policeman on a motorbike was used to attack and poison me outside Delhi High Court gate 8.
I am being followed all the time. And these men are coming close to my auto and being used to poison me with chemical agents.
I continue to be poisoned and my life is in grave and immediate danger.

This is with reference to the Supreme Court Registry’s letter dated 27 August 2019 sent to me by email dated 27 August 2019 in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 1238/2019.
By this letter, the Registry asked me to correct some “clerical errors” in the application (IA No. 123155/2019) which I filed in Criminal Appeal 1238/2019 on 16 August 2019.
I met the officers in Section IIC today and was apprised of the following “defects”.
1. The word Judicial was misspelt in one place as Juducial on Page 1. This has been corrected by me by hand in the original and in the three paper-books,
2. In the prayer clauses, at two places there were minor inconsequential typos in the date where the year 2019 was miswritten as 219 and 2919 in two places. These have also been corrected by me by hand both in the original and in the three paper-books.
3. In the attached affidavit, in the cause-title section, it states SEE*MA instead of SEEMA. I point out that my name is correctly written elsewhere in the cause-title and even the body of the affidavit begins with “I, Seema Sapra …” Therefore, it is submitted that this mistake is a minor inconsequential typo which can be ignored.
This is an application submitting that I am being poisoned and am homeless and sleeping in Lodhi Gardens where I am being targeted including by the Police. As such, this application requires to be listed for hearing before the Hon’ble Court on an urgent basis.
I must state that I am surprised that the Registry is raising inconsequential minor typos as defects. This delays the listing of this urgent application and endangers my life.
As all the so-called defects pointed out by the Registry have in any case now been addressed by me and corrected and/or explained, I request that IA 123155/2019 be urgently listed for hearing before the Hon’ble Court.
As far as the Registry request asking me to supply spare copies of the Appeal for service to the Respondents is concerned, I point out that both Mr A D N Rao (appearing for the Delhi High Court Registrar General) and the Attorney General of India have already been served with copies of the Appeal earlier by the Registry itself pursuant to Court orders. Fresh service is therefore not required. If it is required then I request the Registry to provide these copies to the Delhi High Court and to the Attorney General on their own following the earlier practice in this matter where pursuant to court orders the Registry has been directed to serve the Respondents itself without any recourse to me as I am homeless and living on charity.

The Appellant stayed there till 4 July. The Appellant told the Court on 11/4/2019 that she was being poisoned where she was then residing including with anaesthetic chemical fumes and other toxic and poisonous chemical fumes being released into her room there. The Petitioner told the Court that she was in a very bad condition because of the poisoning.The Petitioner also informed the Court that since 4 July 2019, she was sleeping in Lodhi Gardens in a tent and was being poisoned there. She stated her dead body would be found. She stated she was being poisoned with poisonous, corrosive and toxic chemicals while asleep n her tent and was waking up breathless and with other alarming symptoms.The Appellant told the Court that after she filed an application on 12 April 2019, she was being poisoned and sedated with some kind of anaesthetic fumes in her room at the New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel in the mornings to prevent her from being able to mention the application before the Court at 10.30.8. The Petitioner also informed the Court that she was being poisoned in four applications accompanied with duly sworn affidavits which were filed between April and July 2019. These applications are IA 61232/2019 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 on 10 April 2019, I.A. NO. 62789 OF 2019 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 on 12 April 2019, I.A. NO. 99303 OF 2019 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2019 on 9 July 2019, IA 110313/2019 in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 (now Criminal Appeal 1238/219) on 26 July 2019.9. The order dated 14 August 2019 endangers the Petitioner’s life by ignoring her multiple statements that she is being poisoned and that medical toxicology tests at AIIMS can confirm this poisoning. These tests will also confirm chronic poisoning. The Appellant is also being acutely poisoned at present and her life is in grave and immediate danger.10. The Appellantis being poisoned in Lodi Gardens where she has been trying to sleep since 4 July 2919. She is also not being allowed to sleep or rest, both of which deprivations are life threatening. Further she is being stalked, attacked including physically, threatened, mobbed, taunted, abused and harassed using the police when she is at Lodhi Gardens.11. It is submitted by the Order dated 14 August 2019 has wrongly disposed of Writ Petition Civil 13/ 2018 and Writ Petition Civil 1027/2018 citing an incorrect fact that a writ petition has been filed in the Delhi High Court by the Appellant. No such writ petition has been filed.12. The Petitioner was even poisoned on 15 and 16 August while she was asleep/ trying to sleep in Lodhi Gardens. This poisoning is life-threatening. The Appellant can collapse anytime. She will end up dead. Unless she is protected by this Court, she will not survive for the final hearing of this appeal.13. In these circumstances, the failure of this Hon’ble Court to record in its orders the statements of the Appellant that she is being poisoned amounts to the grossest possible abdication of its judicial obligations by this Court. I am now being poisoned inside the SCBA library 2.
Shortly after Nisha Bagchi arrived inside the ladies bar room, I was again poisoned there with the same toxic chemical causing my facial swelling and burning of my face and eyes. The swollen right side of my face has again become hot and red.
I have left the ladies bar room and am sitting in the SCBA library 2.
