So today Contempt Case Criminal 3/2012 connected to my corruption complaints against General Electric Company was listed today in the Delhi High Court before J. Sanjeev Sachdeva and J. Chander Shekhar.
The case has been adjourned to July 2019.
Today the access to the court rooms was restricted because of the DHCBA elections being held today.
Between 10 am to around 10.45 am I was poisoned inside the Delhi High Court with a highly poisonous chemical agent which was sprayed, released or brought near me once or repeatedly. CCTV images will help identify who are the persons who were used as the attackers.
As a direct result of this poisoning I experienced symptoms like breathlessness, abdomen pain, throat and airway reactions, palpitations, heart heaviness, back pain, dizziness and weakness.
I mentioned the matter before J. Sanjeev Sachdeva for an adjournment. I told him that I had been poisoned today after entering the High Court and this had happened both inside and outside the court-room. I told him I was experiencing symptoms of poisoning.
I told him I had been poisoned the last time this case was listed. I had made several complaints of poisoning on that date. On the last hearing, several men including lawyers, clients and policemen had been used to poison me. I also told J. Sanjeev Sachdeva that I was also poisoned last week when my Writ Petition Criminal 437/2018 was listed before J. Mukta Gupta. I told him that my item no. was 22 and the accused in item 21 was used to poison me outside court 30 on that date.
I told J. Sanjeev Sachdeva that I was being poisoned inside the Delhi High Court and was making complaints on email to the Police and the Registrar General.
J. Sanjeev Sachdeva's reaction was very strange. He was taken aback. He made the following statements. First without hearing me, without asking what had exactly happened, where it had happened, how and why I thought I had been poisoned, what symptoms I was experiencing, he denied that I had been poisoned. He said no one else had complained. No one else has experienced anything. When I questioned his denial without hearing me, he told me to file a writ petition which could be listed before another bench. He asked how was the Bench hearing the contempt case concerned with the poisoning? He at one point told me that I was holding up his court's proceedings even though the entire exchange took no more than 5-10 minutes. So essentially he ignored my complaint of poisoning. Told me to file an application or a writ petition. Told me I knew what my remedies were. He also told me that there were no visible symptoms. He said if there had been visible symptoms then he would have passed an order there and then.
My symptoms were acute burning in airways, burning pain in abdomen. After I left the Court, I experienced mild nausea. There were heart symptoms until 12 pm. These included palpitations, heaviness in chest, breathlessness etc. I was poisoned again in the Delhi High Court after I left Court 31.
I came to Select Citywalk in Saket from the Delhi High Court. I spent time at the Starbucks.I have again been poisoned here. CCTV images from Starbucks and Select Citywalk Mall will help understand how this poisoning was carried out and who the persons involved were. This is a planned operation. I have been targeted here again with poisonous chemical fumes. These have caused burning in the chest and abdomen. In addition, some chemical was released around me which was very irritating to the eyes.
The Police and the Delhi High Court Registrar General must ensure that all CCTV records from the Delhi High Court, Select Citywalk Mall and Starbucks in Select Citywalk Mall are preserved.
