General Electric Company whistle-blower
I have left the New Delhi YMCA International Tourist Hostel. I am now sleeping in my car parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court or in Lodhi Gardens in a tent. I am sleeping in these places during the day.I am spending the night awake.I have paid approx Rs 4,20,000 to the YMCA since 23 April. I owe them Rs 18,400 which they waived off.Lawyers are being told not to give me money and to make me beg for money.Today morning in a conspiracy to murder me when I was asleep in my car parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court, the DHCBA parking attendants were used by lawyers to deliberately completely block my car door. I was inside the car. The car used to block my access did not have a DHCBA sticker and was not driven by lawyers. The relevant DHCBA parking attendants are Deepak, Ashok, and Vijay. When I asked them to have the car moved, they all ran off inside the Court and refused to help. Both Kirti Uppal and Amit Sharma are responsible for this as DHCBA officers. Pictures attached. When I was complaining, two random men were used to go around telling people that I am mentally ill. This letter concerns Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 which was listed before Hon'ble Justice Arun Mishra and Hon'ble Justice Indira Banerji on 4 September 2018. The following order was passed in the matter on 4 September 2018: "List next week before another Bench."
Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 was also listed before the same Bench on 4 September and the same order was passed.
Despite this clear judicial direction to list both these cases in the week of 10 to 14 September 2018, neither of these cases has been listed after 4 September 2018. Today is 26 September and these cases have still not been listed. This is a clear violation by the Supreme Court Registry of judicial orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and I am constrained to say that in the facts of my cases, this amounts to obstruction of justice and results in preventing me from accessing justice. It has also placed my life in grave and immediate danger. This obstruction of my right to access justice has been used by the powerful lawyers and entities targeting me to poison me. This violation by the Supreme Court Registry of the Hon'ble Court's orders dated 4 September 2018 would amount to contempt of court. Can the Supreme Court Registry thwart the judicial orders of the Hon'ble Court with complete impunity.
The orders dated 4 September 2018 were passed after I informed the Bench of Hon'ble Justice Arun Mishra and Hon'ble Justice Indira Banerji that I was being poisoned with chemicals even inside the Supreme Court on 4 September 2018 and that I had squeezing in the heart on that day because of this. This is why the Bench directed the Supreme Court Registry to list the cases in the week commencing 10 September.
I have made multiple calls and spoken to the Registrar Judicial (J1) Mr Ramkumar Choubey, to the Additional Registrar Listing Mr Achary and to the branch officers of Section X and Section IIC dealing with these cases. All of them have been uncooperative and unresponsive to my requests that these cases be listed and to my pointing out that the Supreme Court Registry is violating the judicial orders of the Hon'ble Court.
You are aware that Writ Petition Civil No. 13/2018 is an urgent petition which complains of poisoning of the petitioner who has made whistle-blower corruption complaints against General Electric Company and who has made a complaint of sexual harassment against lawyer Raian Karanjawala and a complaint of sexual harassment and sexual assault against lawyer Soli Sorabjee. I have sought protection orders in this case.
My other case with complaints of sexual harassment against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee was numbered as Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018 on 29 August 2018 after Hon'ble Justice Abdul Nazeer overruled 10 out of 13 office defects that were arbitrarily and unlawfully raised by the Supreme Court Registry in this matter. This case is also still not listed in violation of Supreme Court Rules and guidelines which provide for first listing of newly registered cases within 15 days. Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018 also seeks protection.
I request you to ensure that the Registry does not violate or ignore the Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders and the Supreme Court Rules in my very sensitive cases. Kindly list these cases immediately.
I am being poisoned. I am suffering from acute organophosphate poisoning at the present time. My life is in grave and immediate danger.
Since June 2018, I have been targeted and hounded at the behest of powerful lawyers. My car parked outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court has been vandalized. The roof was beaten in, the wipers broken off, the front headlight was extracted and left hanging there, the windscreen has now been cut using a glass cutter (in September 2018). All of this has happened since June 2018 even though my car is parked in a high security zone of the Delhi High Court and is within CCTV coverage.
I am being deliberately kept homeless. I was forced to sleep in my car for all of 2017 and until April 2018.
Since 23April 2018, with great difficulty, I started to stay in a room at the New Delhi YMCA Tourist Hostel. I have been paying Rs 2800 per night after raising this money from lawyers with great difficulty.
I was poisoned there during the duration of my stay with highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases, including nerve agents, pesticides, organophosphates, anesthetic agents, acidic chemicals being released into my room on a daily and nightly basis. I kept myself safe by using fans and by keeping the door and windows open. However, in August 2015, even the ceiling fan wad tampered with. It stopped working and the ceiling fan opening was enlarged and was also used to release these chemicals into the room.
For the last two weeks the poisoning has intensified and I became ill. I had high fever for about 3-4 days. I am suffering from acute organophosphate poisoning. The poisoning can be confirmed by appropriate forensic tests.
I have been making daily complaints to the Police about this poisoning on email but this has been ignored.
I have now decided to leave the YMCA tourist guest-house and I will now again be forced to sleep in my car. I will be sleeping in my car again from today onward.
Lawyers are being told not to give me money.
I am followed and targeted 24/7. Men on two wheelers are used to follow my auto where-ever I go. These men have been used to spray and throw chemicals on me sitting in an open auto.
I am being poisoned n public spaces. Yesterday, i.e., on 26 September 2018 I was followed to the lobby of Hotel Le Meredien and was targeted there with organophosphate pesticides. Both yesterday and today I was poisoned in the Delhi High Court lawyers cafeteria.
Because I have acute organophosphate poisoning, I am highly susceptible to even small amounts of pesticides. In addition, my lungs have been damaged.
In these circumstances, the deliberate refusal by the Supreme Court Registry to list my cases in compliance with the order dated 4 September 2018 amounts to a clear instance of obstruction of justice and contempt of court. It has resulted in my being poisoned. Who will be responsible if I die or am incapacitated by illness induced through poisoning?
I therefore request that these matters be listed for hearing before the Court immediately so that I can seek protection orders. Kindly comply with the Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders dated 4 September 2018 passed in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016.
