I email regarding your article titled "Karanjawala: Lawyer friend of India's rich & famous who's an expert in harassment cases" published at https://theprint.in/governance/karanjawala-lawyer-friend-of-indias-rich-famous-whos-an-expert-in-harassment-cases/135191/amp/?__twitter_impression=true

In this you have incorrectly stated that "Karanjawala himself had faced allegations of sexual harassment but they were dismissed by the Delhi High Court in 2013." 

This statement is patently wrong. A copy of Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018 pending before the Supreme Court is attached and reproduced below. This contains the correct facts. 

The sexual harassment complaint made by me against Raian Karanjawala has never been adjudicated. It is pending adjudication before the Supreme Court. Your article misleads about a pending Supreme Court litigation and amounts to contempt of court. I request that you correct your article and publish the correction prominently. Please contact me for any further clarification. 

In case the necessary correction is not issued, I will be compelled to bring this contempt of court to the attention of the Supreme Court.
