Despite clear judicial orders passed by J. Arun Mishra and J. Indira Banerjee of the Suoreme Court on 4 September 2018 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 which directed the Registry to "List next week before another Bench", neither of these matters has been listed this week and these matters are also not in the causelist issued for Monday, 17 September 2018. This despite my having informed the Bench on 4 September that I am being poisoned. Writ Petition 13/2018 complains of poisoning and seeks protection. 

I have made multiple calls this week and today to both Mr Achary (Chary) of listing and to Registrar Judicial Mr Ramkumar Choubey. Both have been very rude, insulting, uncooperative and deliberately obstructive. Mr Choubey has simply refused to take my calls and has used his office staff to lie to me that he is not available. Both have banged down my calls on me. Chary has repeatedly told me to talk to Choubey. 

I record all my phone-calls. 

I have sent SMS messages both to Mr Choubey on his mobile number 09425176401 and to Mr Achary on 9810594145. These have had no effect. 

Today at 4 pm, a lady in Chary's office told me my cases were being listed tomorrow. The Branch officer of Section IIC confirmed this. I was emailed a notice of hearing at 4.35 pm. At 5.02 pm, I got another email with a notice of supersession informing me that the cases were not being listed. Screenshots attached. 

This is enough obstruction of justice in my cases by the Supreme Court Registry including Mr Achary and Mr Ramkumar Choubey. My cases have not been listed this week or even on the 17 September despite court orders of 4 Sep in WPC 13/18 and diary of 10342/16. And despite the urgency in my cases because I am being poisoned.  I will be filing a contempt of court petition against Mr Ramkumar Choubey who has refused to even take my calls for 4 days and has told his office staff to lie to me.

The following Judges of the Supreme Court have recused from hearing my cases -  Justice U U Lalit, Justice Sikri, Justice Nageshwar Rao, Justice Arun Mishra, Justice Indira Banerjee, Justice R K Agrawal, Justice Sapre, and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul. 

Meanwhile I continue to be poisoned with highly toxic chemicals, acidic fumes, pesticides, nerve agents, organophosphates, neurotoxins, anesthetic agents, nitrous oxide, and poisonous gases being released into my hotel room. 

I was followed by men on several mobikes today morning and later when I left the Delhi High Court. I was also poisoned in the Delhi High Court today.

I am being stalked and targeted by Police using a vehicle with licence no. 3602.

I met Inspector Malkat Singh today of Delhi High Court Police security and informed him of the deliberate damage caused to my car.
