Subject: Continuing Contempt of Court by Supreme Court Registrar Judicial Ramkumar Choubey and Listing Additional Registrar Achary in failing to list cases of General Electric Company whistle-blower Seema Sapra being poisoned

Despite clear judicial orders passed by J. Arun Mishra and J. Indira Banerjee of the Suoreme Court on 4 September 2018 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 directing the Supreme Court Registry to "List next week before another Bench", neither of these matters has still been listed. Mr Ramkumar Choubey, Registrar Judicial and Mr Achary (Additional Registrar) are now in contempt of court.

Is the Supreme Court Registry not obligated to follow and comply with judicial directions for listing. I informed J. Arun Mishra and J. Indira Banerjee on 4 September that I a whistle-blower against General Electric Company and a sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee was being poisoned. They therefore issued a definite direction on 4 September that the cases be listed "next week". Can Mr Ramkumar Choubey and the Supreme Court Registry simply thwart these judicial directions with complete impunity.

My sexual harassment case against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala (Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018) is also due to be listed before the Supreme Court for the first time. This was registered on 29 August and it s now 18 days since then but the matter is still to be listed for the first time. This is a clear violation of the Supreme Court's rules and guidelines on listing of cases.

I made multiple calls last week to both Mr Achary (Chary) of listing and to Registrar Judicial Mr Ramkumar Choubey. Both have been very rude, insulting, uncooperative and deliberately obstructive. Mr Choubey has simply refused to take my calls and has used his office staff to lie to me that he is not available. Both have banged down my calls on me. Chary has repeatedly told me to talk to Choubey.

I record all my phone-calls.

On 14 September, when I called the Branch Officer of Section IIC to find out when my cases would be listed, she told to ask Mr Achary. When I called Mr Achary, he told me to ask Mr Ramkumar Choubey as only "he" could tell "how and when" the matters would be listed. And when I called Mr Choubey on the landline in his office, the phone was answered, but no one spoke after hearing my name. This happened at least 5 times.

Meanwhile I continue to be poisoned with highly toxic chemicals, acidic fumes, pesticides, nerve agents, organophosphates, neurotoxins, anesthetic agents, nitrous oxide, and poisonous gases being released into my hotel room.

I am being stalked and targeted by Police using a vehicle with licence no. 3602.

Some relevant documents are attached.

For most of yesterday, highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases were released into my hotel room. These included pesticides, toxic dust like particles, and organophosphate nerve agents.

The hotel staff (including housekeeping, maintenance staff, the hotel's electrician) and local police are involved. The intent is to make me ill and to incapacitate me.

Today since around 9 am, I am again being poisoned in my hotel room. Some very dirty smelling pesticide and other poisonous gases/ chemical fumes are being deliberately released into my hotel room. This has intensified since 11 am.

Arun Jaitley, Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee are directly responsible for having me poisoned.

Seema Sapra
General Electric Company whistle-blower
