Subject: Attempt to use Supreme Court Registry to influence hearing of sexual harassment case filed by General Electric Company whistle-blower Seema Sapra against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee
My sexual harassment writ petition against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee - Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018 - was listed on 10 September in the Supreme Court before the Bench of J. Arun Mishra. It has been deleted after I informed Mr Chary that J. Arun Mishra had recused from two of my matters on 4 September. It is astonishing that this happens and the only explanation is undue influence on the Registry by parties I am fighting against. Events were engineered to not list this case in the main list, and to show it in the supplementary list today at 3 pm. I was not even officially informed of the deletion of the matter. Assistant Registrar Gargi Arora of Section X, Branch officer of Section X, the dealing clerk, and Mr Chary are all responsible for this obstruction in the hearing of the case.
I have requested Mr Chary to not list WPC 1027/2018 on the same day as WPC 13/2018 and Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016.
