I am again being poisoned with poisonous chemical fumes/ gases in my hotel room for the last two hours. My life is in grave danger. These chemicals are irritating my eyes, mucous membranes and causing a burning sensation in my lungs.
Attached are some self-explanatory text messages sent by me to Mr Jaideep Gupta.
I was really pained at this experience with Jaideep Gupta, who I thought was a decent man. But the persons I am fighting against are extremely influential.

I have acute organ-phosphate poisoning.
I am in the Delhi High Court and am being poisoned there. Some very poisonous chemical fumes have been released near me or chemical applied to me, causing sudden dizziness, sudden lower back pain and sudden sweating - poisoned in Delhi High Court at 2.09 pm and repeatedly thereafter. Suddenly my skin is very warm too and flushed, chemical attack against me in Delhi High Court.
I have been complaining that I am being targeted inside the Delhi High Court by DHCBA staff, lawyers, court clerks, court staff, even clients and by policemen and RAC guards.
Today when I entered the DHCBA lawyers cafeteria, two DHCBA staffers misbehaved with me. They abused me, pushed me and targeted me with some chemicals. Acting in self defence, I slapped one of them. See the attached pictures.
Immediately a group of lawyers which has been targeting me took this as an opportunity to further target me. Creating a big scene, they took this man to Kirti Uppal sitting in the cafeteria and lied that I had been slapping people all around. Instead of asking me what had happened, Kirti Uppal told the DHCBA staffer targeting me that he need not be afraid. Kirti Uppal then targeted me.
Amit Sharma, the DHCBA Secretary then came up and in a threatening manner told me to go out of the cafeteria with him. I refused and told him that he was threatening me.
I pointed out that Kirti Uppal had actually had clients beaten up in the Delhi High Court. Kirti Uppal then told Amit Sharma to "take me away or else he would lose control.I asked Mr Uppal if he would hit me. I told Mr Uppal that he could if he wanted have an FIR registered against me.
After a few minutes, Geeta Gopinathan, Secretary to the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court arrived. She asked me what happened. I told her that the DHCBA staffer had misbehaved with me and I had therefore slapped him.
I then sat down calmly in the cafeteria.
It appears that Kirti Uppal and Amit Sharma have lodged some kind of formal complaint against me or have approached the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court with a formal complaint against me. I will bring this entire incident to the notice of the Supreme Court of India.
Let me be clear. I have a right to self-defence.
I continue to be poisoned with highly toxic chemicals, acidic fumes, pesticides, nerve agents, organophosphates, neurotoxins, anesthetic agents, nitrous oxide, and poisonous gases being released into my hotel room.
There is a clear conspiracy and attempt to poison me and make it look like illness. 5-6 days ago I was being targeted with acrid/ acidic chemical fumes intended to cause airway irritation, cough and congestion.
I was again targeted with some chemical that is causing fever. I was similarly poisoned in August 2016 when I went to the AIIMS Emergency with 103 temperature and a complaint of poisoning.
Some kind of nerve agent being released into my room has been causing a running nose and incontinence upon coughing.
It looks as if large quantities of organophosphate nerve agents are being released into my room.
The AIIMS emergency is copied on this email.
I am being stalked and targeted by Police using a vehicle with licence no. 3602.

I was poisoned in the Delhi High Court yesterday as well.
My auto was followed by several men yesterday and again today morning.
For most of the weekend, highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases were released into my hotel room. These included pesticides, toxic dust like particles, and organophosphate nerve agents.
The hotel staff (including housekeeping, and maintenance staff) and local police are involved. The intent is to poison me, make me ill and to incapacitate me.
John Flannery, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Arun Jaitley, Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee are directly responsible for having me poisoned.
Meanwhile, despite clear judicial orders passed by J. Arun Mishra and J. Indira Banerjee of the Suoreme Court on 4 September 2018 in Writ Petition Civil 13/2018 and in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 directing the Supreme Court Registry to "List next week before another Bench", neither of these matters has still been listed. Mr Ramkumar Choubey, Registrar Judicial and Mr Achary (Additional Registrar) are now in contempt of court.
Is the Supreme Court Registry not obligated to follow and comply with judicial directions for listing. I informed J. Arun Mishra and J. Indira Banerjee on 4 September that I a whistle-blower against General Electric Company and a sexual harassment complainant against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee was being poisoned. They therefore issued a definite direction on 4 September that the cases be listed "next week". Can Mr Ramkumar Choubey and the Supreme Court Registry simply thwart these judicial directions with complete impunity.
My sexual harassment case against Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjawala (Writ Petition Civil No. 1027/2018) is also due to be listed before the Supreme Court for the first time. This was registered on 29 August and it s now 18 days since then but the matter is still to be listed for the first time. This is a clear violation of the Supreme Court's rules and guidelines on listing of cases.
Isn't it notable that Mr Ramkumar Coubey is deliberately not listing me cases while I am being poisoned.
Also, lawyers are being told/ pressured not to help me with financial assistance.
Some of them promise me money, ask me to meet them or their clerk at a specified time and place, and then don't turn up, treating me like a beggar. They then use their staff to insult me.
I have been severely poisoned in this week where I have been staying. I have already paid them Rs 4 Lakhs since 23 April. I owe them around RS 20000 which I will pay. But I have decided to check out. It will also save me the extreme trouble of raising all this money.

Abstract
1. Dysfunction of the thermoregulatory system is one of many pathologies documented in experimental animals and humans exposed to toxic chemicals. The mechanism of action responsible for many types of poison-induced fevers is not understood. Some elevations in body temperature are attributed to the peripheral actions of some poisons that stimulate metabolic rate and cause a forced hyperthermia. Exposure to organophosphate (OP) pesticides and certain metal fumes appears to cause a prolonged, regulated elevation in body temperature (Tb). 2. Activation of cyclo-oxygenase (COX) and the production of prostaglandin (PG)E2 in central nervous system (CNS) thermoregulatory centres is required to elicit a fever. Activating the COX-PGE2 pathway by a poison may occur by one of three mechanisms: (i) induction of cell-mediated immune responses and the subsequent release of cytokines; (ii) induction of lipid peroxidation in the CNS; and (iii) direct neurochemical activation. 3. Radiotelemetric monitoring of core temperature in unstressed rodents has led to an experimental animal model of poison-induced fever. Rats administered the OP agents chlorpyrifos and diisopropyl fluorophosphate display an initial hypothermic response lasting approximately 24 h, followed by an elevation in diurnal core temperature for 24-72 h after exposure. The hyperthermia is apparently a result of the activation of the COX-PGE2 pathway because it is blocked by the anti-pyretic sodium salicylate. Overall, the delayed hyperthermia resulting from OP exposure involves activation of thermoregulatory pathways that may be similar to infection-mediated fever.
