I, Seema Sapra, am a lawyer (enrolled Delhi Bar Council 1995) and I am being targeted and poisoned (sometimes acutely) and chronically since 2010.
This is the basic and most important fact. I am being poisoned with intent to incapacitate me and eventually murder me by making me gravely ill.
In 2010, I worked as inhouse counsel for General Electric Company (GE). They tried to use me to facilitate corruption in the Railway Diesel Loco Project in Marhowra. I refused to toe their line and became a threat. They drugged me. I made whistle-blower complaints internally, they terminated my contract and attempted to eliminate me and cover up my complaints.
I managed to file a right to life and whistle-blower petition in the Delhi High Court WP Civil 1280/2012. Notice was issued to GE, CBI, Police, Railways, PMO and other bidders. A S Chandhiok working for Montek Singh Ahluwalia (involved in the corruption favoring GE) and AZB (Zia Mody) working for GE actively sabotaged that case. False authority docs were filed for GE and a man named K R Radhakrishnan used to fraudulently impersonate as the authorized signatory of GE so that false affidavits could be filed. Railways, Police and CVC documents were forged and filed using pliant lawyers.
WP Civil 1280/2012 languished unheard for 3 years, I continued to be poisoned. I was rendered homeless, and penniless. My ankle was deliberately dislocated at Fortis Hospital in a conspiracy to force me into surgery (2014 June). I was deliberately kept homeless and was even forced to sleep in my car for moat of 2013 and half of 2014.
My lungs have been deliberately destroyed and the ongoing poisoning is being used to damage my health.
In 2011, Soli Sorabjee had threatened me to drop my complaints against GE. He told me I would not be allowed to work again and that my health would be destroyed.
Attempts were made to falsely defame me as mentally ill. An anonymous blog was created to defame & target me. (Delhi High Court has now directed Google to remove this and asked Police to investigate this blog WP Crl 437/2018).
WP Civil 1280/2012 was wrongly dismissed (2015) by Delhi High Court as infructuous without hearing or deciding anything. The same Bench then convicted me of criminal contempt in 2015, sentenced me to prison & debarred me from appearing before Delhi High Court and lower courts for 2 years. I was drugged and poisoned to prevent me from filing an appeal. Lawyer Shamnad Basheer and Legally India website were used to again falsely depict me on internet posts as mentally ill. The intent was to falsely depict me as suicidal. I was being forced to sleep in cheap hotels & B&Bs.
I managed to file Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 (pending) where I have exposed the GE corruption and its cover up in Delhi High Court WP Civil 1280/2012. Notice has been issued to AG who is not appearing.
I am still homeless and again slept in my car for all of 2017 and for 4 months in 2018. I continue to be poisoned. I am raising money from lawyers to survive and fight for my life. I am staying in a guesthouse since 23 April 2018.
I have also made complaints of sexual harassment against Soli Sorabjee and RaianKaranjawala (including sexual assault by the former). I am also being targeted because of this. I now have WP Diary No. 1377/2018 in the Supreme Court on these complaints. I have asked for Z+ security. Registry is being used to prevent this matter from getting listed.
WP Civil 13/2018 seeking protection and complaining of poisoning is pending before the Supreme Court.
A copy of a false GE authority document filed in Delhi High Court WP Civil 1280/2012 is attached. It is an alleged POA, which appears forged, is not on non-judicial stamp paper and is unnotarized.
The CAG (Report5/2018) has recently criticized the Government for its contact with GE for the same Project and questioned why Railways is spending Rs 17126.08 crore to buy diesel locos from GE which it has no need or use for. This is a major scam facilitated by both the UPA and the NDA.
Below are some examples of how I have been targeted.
My home in Jangpura Extension was rigged to poison me in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Maid was used to drug me. My house was repeatedly entered into in my absence. I was being harassed and even sexually harassed on the street.
Max Hospital used to cover up my complaint of poisoning in 2011. They covered up abnormal ECG and lung Xrays and blood results. They tried to poison me with Haloperidol. They tried to falsely diagnose me with thyroid cancer. They tried to expose my face to harmful Xrays. Application seeking investigation by medical council not heard by Delhi High Court.
In February 2012 after I told Delhi High Court acting CJ that I was being poisoned, Chandhiok was used in another attempt to murder where the CMO of Delhi High Court dispensary was used in attempt to poison me with blood pressure medicine and Alprax after falsifying my BP reading. I got my BP tested at 4 other places and it was normal. Application seeking investigation by medical council not heard by Delhi High Court.
In 2014, when I was staying with a dislocated ankle and fibula fracture at Oberoi Maidens Hotel, I was drugged and poisoned and then dragged off by Police (who destroyed my mobile SIM and laptop) to a Govt Hospital where attempt was made to falsify medical records.
My car has been damaged since 2010. Brake plates damaged, acid thrown on 4 tyres, engine wires cut, steering wheel cut, locks broken, roof dented, headlight removed etc.
I am being followed 24/7.
Recently several attempts have been used to have me run over by vehicles on the street.
In August 2016, I had 103 fever because of poisoning and this was covered up at AIIMS, I went there complaining that some poisonous gas/ fumes were being released into my B&B room. I was at AIIMS emergency for 3 nights alone, shivering and was not even given a bed or blanket. A woman lawyer came to the AIIMS emergency when I was there. Attempt made using unqualified doctor to send me to IHBAS after falsification of my medical record that it was poisoning by self. I have complained to the medical council about it and will file a Writ Petition in the Supreme Court on this.
Other crimes against me.
Acid applied to my clothes. My laptops repeatedly damaged. Several abnormal lung xrays covered up. My belongings including medical records, financial papers, car RC, everything else removed in my absence from Jangpura home in 2012 and not returned to me. My application in WP Civil 1280/2012 on this plea not heard.
At least 4 applications filed in Delhi High Court for housing not heard or decided. Repeated attempts made to send me to a shelter home where I can be confined and drugged/ poisoned.
GE security head used to make false complaint to Commissioner Delhi Police and Delhi High Court RG behind my back that I was researching explosives on the internet. My application on this in WP Civil 1280/2012 not heard.
Fabricated Bar Council complaint made against me again using forged GE authority documents.
