I continue to be poisoned again today. Highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases including anesthetic agents, chemical neurotoxins, organophosphates, nerve agents, acidic chemical fumes and highly poisonous pesticides and nitrous oxide were released in very large quantities into my hotel room today. Hotel staff is involved. People are also being sent to the hotel as guests or visitors to target me. 

There is an ongoing attempt to murder me. 

I was also repeatedly poisoned with some very toxic chemical in the Delhi High Court today. 

My Writ Petition (Diary No. 1377/2018) filed in the Supreme Court with my complaints of sexual harassment against Raian Karanjawala and sexual harassment and sexual assault against Soli J. Sorabjee was listed before the Supreme Court Chamber Judge in Court 7 on 6 August 2018 with my attached application to dispense with/ waive office objections. 

The Supreme Court Registry prepared a misleading office report on default misleading the Court that instead of removing the defects, I had filed this application. In fact, as my application itself shows, I have addressed all the defects, and have pointed out that some defects are invalid and have asked the Court to overrule these. Further the order dated 16 July 2018 expressly granted me permission to move such an application. 

This misleading office report was another deliberate attempt to prevent this matter from being heard by the Supreme Court. 

As a result of this misleading office report, J. Abdul Nazeer had not read IA 97450/2018 when the matter was listed before him on 6 August. After I explained the position to him, he stated that he wanted to read the IA and therefore adjourned the case to 13 August 2018. 

Again strangely, the typed order dated 6 August 2018 does not mention IA 97450/2018 even though this IA was the only reason the case was listed on 6 August. 

On 6 August, 2018, Supreme Court police security police was used to obstruct me from appearing in this case. In addition I was harassed and targeted using the Police. I was also poisoned with some very toxic chemical at least 6-7 times in the Supreme Court on 6 August 2018. 

The intent clearly was to mislead the Court about my IA and to prevent me from appearing in the case. I will be filing a contempt of court application against the Police. 

My two other cases WP Civil 13/2018 and Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 are listed before the Supreme Court on 10 August before J. Arun Mishra and J. Indira Bannerjee.  

I am being poisoned to prevent me from appearing before the Supreme Court in my cases.
