So I have an audio recording of all that happened since 6.56 pm. 

A few minutes before 6.56 pm, a man came and sat down in front of me with his back to me. Another man and woman sat down in front of me to my right. 

Some toxic chemical was released close to me. It was like the organophosphate pesticide HIT. 

There were another man and woman ahead of me near the railing. 

I got up and took pics of the three men. I needed to identify them to the Police. It is my legal right to protect myself. 

The bearded man in a sleeveless jacket got up and started shouting and threatening me and demanding that I hand over my phone. I refused. He followed me to my table and kept demanding my phone in a threatening way. 

The man and woman on my right in black suits were in on this conspiracy and it appears as if they were lawyers.(They intervened later and started accusing me after the police arrived, but then suddenly left). 

I started audio recording. 

The man kept shouting at me, threatened to call 100. I told him to go ahead. 

He called some numbers, but I don't think he called 100. This whole thing was pre-arranged. Two Policemen arrived. They claimed to be from CP thana. 

I told them I was a whistleblower being targeted, it was my legal right to take pictures of anyone targeting me and that I had sent this man's pics to the police. 

They pretended to listen but sat down in front of me. Soon the veneer dropped and they started threatening me with women constables. 

I said they could take the man's complaint and go. I had not committed a crime. I asked them if they wanted to arrest me. One of them had tried to get me to go to the CP thana. I refused to go. 

Then after I showed them the pictures of them I had tweeted to the police handles, they suddenly decided to leave. 

Then ASI Jaipal Singh arrived. He has been targeting me here for a long time. 

The man and woman gave a written complaint. I took pics of the police, tweeted them and all three left. 

Note that this was planned police related targeting and harassment. 

All pictures being taken by me are going also to the CP SHO and the Commissioner of Police with my complaints of targeting, harassment and poisoning. 

It is my legal right to take pictures of anyone targeting me and I will continue to do so. 

The man who started the tamasha today earlier threatened me with the Starbucks security guard. 

He also threatened me saying that he would make sure that I could never come to Starbucks again. And that he had been watching me here. I have audio records of this. 

I will be moving a petition before the Supreme Court on all of this and the incident of the other night when the Starbucks security guard threatened me.
