Mr Ravindra Maithani, 

There is a grave urgency in this matter and the Hon'ble Court by order dated 20 November 2017 directed that the matter be listed within two weeks before a different Bench. 

I am told by Mr Achary that no date for listing is still available in this matter. 

I am concerned that the listing of this matter is getting delayed. 

The computer generated listing was for 27 November but the matter was not listed on that date. 

I am a petitioner in person though also a lawyer. When will this matter be listed? 

The Hon'ble Court direction because of urgency was within two weeks. That does not mean that the matter cannot be listed before two weeks.
