I was again targeted with poisonous chemicals this morning outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court at around 7 am. 

I am being followed. Men on motorbikes are being used to follow me and to target me when I take an auto. Men on foot are used to follow me and target me with poisonous chemicals when I walk somewhere.

If I make an auto wait for me, the auto-driver is approached behind my back and used to target me. 

I have been followed to the Select Citywalk mall and am being targeted here. 

I am also being followed and targeted on the Delhi Metro.

I am being poisoned with some highly poisonous gas and chemical fumes. 

I woke up and found a man in a car right next to my car with the headlights on and flashing into my car. It was a taxi. He stayed there staring at me. The car number was DL 1 R TB 2471. 

Another taxi then went past my car. An auto has stopped at gate 9. 

Pictures are attached. 

Some very poisonous gas/ chemical fumes are being released in my vicinity. 

The Police and CRPF men posted at the Delhi High Court are involved.

I am sleeping in my car parked outside Gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. 

Highly poisonous chemical fumes, gases and pesticides are being released close to me when I sleep in my car. 

I was also targeted with chemical agents in the day today in Ambience Mall. 

The Police, CRPF men, Army men who are based opposite the Delhi High Court, High Court security and care-taking staff and cleaning staff and men living around the High Court and men working in the High Court are all being used to poison me. GE agents are also targeting me and are using vehicles to circle my car and poison me. 

I have just arrived here 20 minutes ago, and am already being targeted. Policemen targeting me are using some men to parade around my car. 

I am also being targeted and poisoned with highly poisonous chemical fumes being released close to me.
