It is 6.22 am. I am being targeted with highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases since around 5 am. I cannot breathe.

It is 10.51 pm. I am sleeping in my car parked outside Gate 8 of the Delhi High Court.  

I am being targeted with highly poisonous chemical fumes/ gas and nerve agents and some kind of anesthetic gaseous fumes and acidic and acrid fumes.  

This is being done from inside the boundary wall of the Delhi High Court. 

My car is also being circled by persons on motorbikes and in cars/ vans/ taxis/ trucks who are being used to target me. Men on foot are also being used to target and harass me. 

Men living in the staff quarters of C1/49 Bapa Nagar have been used to target me with poisonous chemical fumes. C1/49 is occupied by IB officer M K Sinha who is close to Manmohan Singh. Men living in C1/50 allotted to Swati Basu are also being used to target me. 

This is clearly attempted murder. Exposing a sleeping individual to poisonous gases/fumes while asleep is intended to cause death.

Jeffrey Immelt and Alexander Dimitref of General Electric Company are responsible for me being poisoned. They want me dead and the intent is for the Police to find my dead or unconscious body in my car and then cover-up using corrupted doctors.  

The CCTV records from both the street and from inside the Delhi High Court must be preserved as evidence. 

Policemen and CRPF men are also being used to target me. 

Highly poisonous chemical fumes are being released close to me. My car has also been tampered with. I cannot breathe. A grey van is being used to release poisonous chemical fumes near me. It has gone past my car twice and went past very slow the second time. Some poisonous gas was released close to me from that van. 

When I arrived, three men were near my car.
