I was again poisoned at around 7.45 am.

Note the following: 

The frequency with which trucks circled past my car last night. These are trucks probably parked at the ongoing construction site at the Delhi High Court and are being used by the Police to target me. 

Two men walked past my car just before 2 am and after I was poisoned. They went into the passage between C1/49 and the adjacent house. 

A grey van with a design also went by. This van is being used every night to target me. 

Note the NDMC guy Ravinder Goga loitering near my car on the pretext of sweeping around 7 am. This is not his job. Two female sweepers for the area were there around 8 am. Why was Goga sweeping before the actual sweepers could arrive? 

Note the man placed in the park at around 7.45 am. I was being poisoned at that time. He was placed there by the police under the pretext of gardening. NDMC gardeners do not start work before 8 am or even 9 am. Another man with a lawn mower with a generator was sent there to target me. Again before 8 am, i.e., before his working hours. The police has used this ploy to target me three times in the last month.

​I was also targeted by two men inside the Delhi High Court. These were taken yesterday. 

CRPF men were used to target me as were policemen. 

Three men were targeting me in the Defence Colony market area this morning. I was followed. ​

This is being done from inside the boundary wall of the Delhi High Court. 

My car is also being circled by persons on motorbikes and in cars/ vans/ taxis/ trucks who are being used to target me. Men on foot are also being used to target and harass me. 

Men living in the staff quarters of C1/49 Bapa Nagar have been used to target me with poisonous chemical fumes. C1/49 is occupied by IB officer M K Sinha who is close to Manmohan Singh. Men living in C1/50 allotted to Swati Basu are also being used to target me. 

This is clearly attempted murder. Exposing a sleeping individual to poisonous gases/fumes while asleep is intended to cause death.

Jeffrey Immelt and Alexander Dimitref of General Electric Company are responsible for me being poisoned. They want me dead and the intent is for the Police to find my dead or unconscious body in my car and then cover-up using corrupted doctors.  

The CCTV records from both the street and from inside the Delhi High Court must be preserved as evidence. 

Policemen and CRPF men are also being used to target me. 

Highly poisonous chemical fumes are being released close to me. My car has also been tampered with. I cannot breathe. 

When I arrived, two men were near my car. One of them was urinating in front of me. They left on a motorbike. 

There is a car parked outside gate 8. Two men were near it, saying that one of them was a lawyer and he had been using the High Court consultation room and had left the gear lock key there. The story appears made up as it was past 10.45 pm and the consultation room would have closed at 5 pm in these holidays or latest by 9 pm. Why would he just hang around near his car without doing anything. 

He told me he was going to go home and get another key but he is just loitering close by.
