Subject: Starbucks customer wifi at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj store being tampered with

Dear Starbucks,

Someone is tampering with the Starbucks customer wifi,

It was not working for more than a week. I was first told a technical complaint had been lodged. Then the store manager Dev told me yesterday it was not a technical issue but a payment issue. I tweeted about this and the wifi started working yesterday. It worked fine all day and then in the evening it kept getting disconnected as if someone was switching it off and on.

Today it is again not working and the Assistant store manager Monica told me there was a technical fault.

It does appear as if someone is delberately tampering with the availability of the Starbucks customer wifi at this store, so that I cannot use it.
