I am being targeted with highly poisonous chemical fumes from inside the boundary wall of the Delhi High Court. Policemen and families which live inside the High Court are being used to target me. 

People on cars, motorcycles, bikes and on foot are also being used to target me. 

Since 5 am this morning, highly poisonous chemical fumes have repeatedly been released close to me. These have included some kind of anesthetic, foul smelling gases/ pesticides, a nerve agent and acidic chemical fumes. 

This is clearly attempted murder. Exposing a sleeping individual to poisonous gases/fumes while asleep is intended to cause death.

Jeffrey Immelt and Alexander Dimitref of GE are responsible for me being poisoned.
