It is 3.21 am. I am sleeping in my car parked outside Gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. Highly poisonous chemical fumes/ gas / pesticide and nerve agents and some anesthetic gas are being released close to me. This is being carried out from inside the boundary walls of the Delhi High Court. This is clearly attempted murder. Exposing a sleeping individual to poisonous gas/fumes while asleep is intended to cause death. Jeffrey Immelt and Alexander Dimitref of GE are responsible for me being poisoned. Seema Sapra
