I have received the following strange response. First why would I have or require the mobile number of this Gurgaon Police Constable Anil Kumar from DLF phase 2 police station who was following my car yesterday. 

Second this matter is too big to be handled by some SI attached to the Gurgaon women police station. This concerns targeting by State agencies including the Police of a whistleblower against General Electric Company at the behest of powerful persons occupying important positions in the Government of India including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Rail Minister Suresh Prabhu and NSA Ajit Doval. 

I want the Home Minister Rajnath Singh, the Police commissioner for Delhi and the Police Commissioner of Gurgaon to look into this complaint. The targeting by the Delhi and Gurgaon police does not involve a single constable but has involved the misuse of the police to target me daily for 6 years now. 

I have raised this matter before the Supreme Court of India and will raise it there again.
