In December 2015, I had sent text messages to several police officers. Even though these were only text messages, they were sent as MMS messages and were charged at the MMS rates. Once again my pre-paid balance was depleted. Someone at Vodafone is interfering with my account.

There is a record of a 9.59 minutes call from my phone to this number after that. I did not make this call. Is my phone being hacked. My pre-paid account balance has also been depleted.
