For the past three days, some sweet smelling fumes/ gas was being released into my accommodation in large quantities. This was causing instant drowsiness, dizziness, headaches. Another chemical was also being released which was causing irritation and a burning sensation on the skin, eyes and abdomen. This was making my eyes water. These or another chemical is also being used to target me - something which causes extreme breathlessness, and weakness foe short periods of time. In addition I am being targeted with a chemical which causes instant dryness in the mouth and extreme thirst.
Very determined attempts are being made to eliminate me to prevent me from pursuing my appeal in the Supreme Court and to prevent me from filing my proposed writ petition in the Supreme Court of India exposing corruption and fraud by General Electric Company.

I once again request that the United States Government provide me with witness protection.
