Update dated 9 April 2016
The Contempt case has been adjourned to 28 July 2016. The Bench did not sit. Justice Valmiki Mehta told me the Bench would not sit and asked me to indicate dates of my choice in July 2016. I informed Judge Valmiki Mehta that I had appealed the judgment dated 17 December 2015. An order signed by Judge P S Teji and Judge Valmiki Mehta has been uploaded on the Delhi High Court website. As the Bench did not sit, I could not request recusal. In any case, Judge Valmiki Mehta is likely being transferred out of the Delhi High Court and this matter will go before a different Bench in July 2016. If it does not, I will again request recusal.

The earlier contempt case from 2012 is listed today in the Delhi High Court before J. Valmiki Mehta and J. P S Teji.
I will appear. Inform them that an appeal has been filed against their judgment dated 17 Dec 2015 before the Supreme Court which is yet to be listed.
I will again ask this Bench to transfer the listed case as I have no faith in them. I will refuse to argue before them if they refuse to recuse.
