Last night, at around 1 30 pm, I was woken up by loud noises from outside the house. Some men were there with a road roller ostensibly paving the road outside. The racket continued for an hour. In the morning, I saw that a patch of loose gravel and tar had been laid down in a small patch right outside the house.

If roads are paved at night in residential colonies, residents are warned in advance. Plus if this was a genuine paving, the entire road would have been paved and not just a small patch.

Those targeting me are aware that I am staying in this South Delhi house in a front room and that I keep the external door and windows open.

This looks like a clear attempt to target me. Let's see if these men are back tonight.
