drain opening used to introduce toxic fumes into accommodation of General Electric Company whistleblower Seema Sapra

A drain opening on the balcony of my B&B accommodation was being used to release toxic fumes to target me. I suspected this and covered the drain with clear plastic tape. The next morning on 7 April 2016, I found some white substance accumulated under the plastic. See picture
