I have been woken up just after 3 am today because of highly poisonous fumes/ gas being released into my room at the B&B I am staying at since 7th February in South Delhi. This is attempted murder. I was planning to and will be checking out of this place today. 

State agents and the Police are involved in poisoning me and in ongoing attempts to eliminate me.  

I continue to be chronically poisoned because of General Electric Company and Jeffrey Immelt, Alexander Dimitrief, Bradford Berenson and Jeffrey Eglash are responsible for my being poisoned. 

I once again request that the US Government provide me with witness protection. 

Murad Baig sent me an email today. I see no reason to engage in a conversation with someone I have complained about to the Police and authorities as having been involved in a conspiracy to poison and eliminate me. Murad Baig is attempting to present false and distorted facts and partial versions of the truth and essentially slandering me. His motives are obvious. He is merely fabricating a defence and diverting attention from the real facts. This is not worth replying to.  

At the end of this email I reproduce certain correspondence which further exposes Murad Baig. I have added the email dated 9 Feb 2016 which Murad Baig sent me. It is nothing but a bunch of bald lies and malicious statements intended to target me and to create a defence.

In his email dated 9 February 2016 received today at 1:26 pm, Murad Baig exposes his real regressive and sick mindset by writing the following about me. 

"The internet information also shows that she claims that she was sexually assaulted by eminent lawyers like Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjiwala. Seema, a short fat lady of about 40 years old seems to be a most unlikely target for sexual assault." 

I was born in 1971. 

I worked with Raian Karanjawala from 1995 till around 1999/2000 as a lawyer and have stated that on a work trip to Calcutta, he invited me into his room for a nightcap after a very late dinner with his friends at the Taj Bengal where I had consumed some amount of wine and was as a result extremely drunk or sleepy or both. I refused and after that I was targeted in his office and gently forced out. I was so drunk or sleepy that I did not even register the full implication of what Raian Karanjawala had suggested. 

I worked for Soli Sorabjee in 2000 and 2001 and he sexually harassed me by unwanted touching and unwelcome conversation which he is known to indulge in with most women. But one day he invited me for dinner at his Niti Bagh home on the pretext of work and he got me drunk and then assaulted me, forcibly kissed me, stuck his tongue in my mouth and I managed to extricate myself and leave. Soli Sorabjee continued to hound me with unwelcome contact after that which I avoided for some years. I was overseas for a while and eventually got over my anger and was able to interact with Sorabjee as if he was a dirty old man whose overtures should just be ignored and I was strong and confident enough to maintain a certain space in our future interactions.

So you can do the math. I was in my late twenties at the time. I am reasonably pretty. I was not "fat" at the time. My weight has fluctuated over my lifetime from thin to plump but I am quite attractive in my thin or plump phases and even otherwise. 

I fractured my fibula on 5 June 2014, my left ankle was dislocated on 9 June 2014. My left leg and foot was in a cast from then until the end of September 2015. So during this time I gained weight. I hope to lose that weight soon as my mobility is better now. Murad Baig has known me from October 2015 onwards. 

So Murad Baig is wrong in saying that I was a short fat 40 year old woman when Sorabjee and Karanjawala sexually assaulted and sexually harassed me respectively. 

Not that short fat 40 year old women cannot be and are not sexually assaulted. But this only shows Murad Baig's sick mindset. He is ready to slander and mock me on behalf of his friend Soli Sorabjee.  

I am 5.2 so of average height for an Indian woman. Both Sorabjee and Karanjawala are not exactly 6 ft tall. They are both short men. And Karanjawala was quite fat from the first day I met him in 1995. Sorabjee was ugly, shriveled and over 70 when he assaulted me as a woman in her late twenties. 

So you all now know what kind of a man Murad Baig is to say something like this about a sexual assault victim.

In his email dated 9 Feb 2016 received today at 1:26 pm, Murad Baig further misrepresents facts by stating the following: 

"We had installed a CCTV camera just above the only entrance to the room she had occupied and the record of the past 2 months shows no evidence of any entry by an unauthorized person." 

Note that I was staying in the small room next to the kitchen. The CCTV camera is installed to the right of the door to the room I was in. Thus this camera does not capture who enters that room. The entrance to that room is not captured by the camera. Anyone can enter that room from the kitchen door to the left and it will not be captured on camera. Or someone could walk towards the kitchen around the dining table and then enter that room and it will not be captured on the CCTV. 

Anyway I hope Murad Baig is preserving the CCTV records. There is already a likelihood that these have already been tampered with or will be tampered with. 

I was not give the key to this room for four months and was unable to lock it when I left the premises. It also looks as if I was lied to by Murad and Tannie when they told me that the key was lost. 

Incidentally when I first arrived at Treetops in October 2015 and also in December 2015, Tannie Baig suggested quite seriously that I sleep in this room with the door wide open and unlocked. I obviously did not do that. But now I wonder why Tannie made this strange suggestion. If I had done that, I would probably have been poisoned in my sleep with an injection as happened most likely to Sunanda Pushkar.

Toxic substances could be released into my room or sprayed near me. This has happened in the past. 

I have no current permanent address and there are court docs recording this which I will just email you. I am not in touch with my family and have no family ties. 

The Police Commissioner's office is aware of who I am and of my recent complaints of the continuing threat to my life and of attempts to murder. 

I have no natural illnesses so there is no reason for me to fall sick. However I could be poisoned and made ill and attempts might be made to cover that up as illness.

The real facts are that poisonous chemical fumes were being released into my room at Treetops through openings created into the room. These include the electrical openings, the fan opening, the AC opening and even gaps in the fitting of wooden cabinets. (For the record its very easy to drill a hole through to these openings from outside the room or above and below it and use it to release toxic fumes into the room. This in fact is how I have been repeatedly targeted). I tried to close those openings as best as I could.However fresh openings were created every time.  I also used a pedestal fan to circulate fresh air into the room from the windows. 

In January 2016, when the poisoning intensified, toxic fumes were also released outside my window from the terrace above my room occupied by the staff. 

I could smell a noxious gas entering my room from the window. Around then, I noticed a pipe that suddenly appeared and I emailed Murad who was in Goa. His male staff Chander tried to cover up the issue by misleading me and misdescribing it as the exhaust pipe for the generator. Note the correspondence below. His staff Chander was very rude and aggressive towards me when I emailed Murad about this. 

Other times, bed spreads were draped over the terrace wall right above my window and I am certain that these were used to hide pipes that were hung down towards my window. I could smell these noxious fumes entering through the window in January. 

In January according to Treetops staff two water pipes in the building strangely burst on different dates and the plumbers came, valves were closed. It is likely that some pipes were diverted for use and were instead used to release toxic fumes outside my window and in my toilet. 

Note I am being targeted for exposing corruption by GE. In such case it is almost certain that intelligence and police are also being used to target me. I have evidence against the Police on the court record. 

Note that Murad's brother Khalid was hospitalized for a heart attack or a fainting attack twice at the same time. He was living in the same building. I suspect that some fumes being released into electrical pipes entered his room and he was actually poisoned. 

The email sent to Murad which mentioned the generator. Note that I never stated that the generator had been installed to poison me.

Yeah the pipe I mentioned looks like the generator pipe. But the fumes are not generator fumes which has not been used since I arrived here. 

These are some foul smelling noxious fumes and are certainly there though I am not sure exactly where they are coming from.

The latest email from Ms. Seema Sapra claiming that she is again being poisoned in the B&B she has moved to after leaving here on February 3 suggests that she is quite mentally disturbed.

 

She had recently told me that she had also been poisoned in the place she had earlier been staying in at Jangpura where she said someone had drilled holes in the walls to slowly poison her. As you have seen from her emails she has also claimed that we and our servants have also been trying to poison her. She has not however explained how or why we have been coerced, bullied or bribed to do her harm.

 

She very grandiosely claims that she is the GE whistle blower who had worked in GE's legal department and then took them to court for alleged corrupt practices. She claims that GE is now trying to slowly poison her but has not shown any proof of these alleged poisonings nor proof of any particular persons caught in the act of administering the poison.

 

It is clear from mail on the internet and from her own blog that she was sentenced to a month's prison and a fine by the Delhi High Court for contempt of court. She had evidently called a judge corrupt. The internet information also shows that she claims that she was sexually assaulted by eminent lawyers like Soli Sorabjee and Raian Karanjiwala. Seema, a short fat lady of about 40 years old seems to be a most unlikely target for sexual assault.

 

Many friends have suggested that I should ignore the wild charges of someone mentally ill and treat them with the contempt that they deserve but as she has hacked into many names on my personal mailbox I think I need to expose the hollowness of some of her claims:

 

1.      She sent me as `evidence' photographs of the exhaust pipe of a gen set installed on the ground outside my sister in law's house below one of the windows. It is used very rarely when there are power cuts but she claims that it is being used to poison her. She does not however specify what poison, how it can be administered by a gen set now who is trying to poison her.

 

2.      She also sent me as `evidence' photographs of the wet tires of her dark blue Santro car parked below our flat claiming that someone is putting acid or unspecified chemicals on them to damage them presumably to cause her monetary or bodily harm. Her car was being cleaned and washed by the husband of our sweeper who she had employed. She did not however specify the chemicals used nor who could have administered them. 

 

3.      She then sent me as `evidence' photographs of the steering wheel of her car showing what looked like saw marks on them. She did not however specify who had done this alleged mischief. She might have made these small cuts herself.

 

4.      She claims that she has audio recordings of conversations between herself and me and my wife Tannie threatening her. We had only asked her on several occasions when she intended to pay her overdue weekly rent and we finally said that she would have to vacate our place if she failed to pay on the promised dates of end January and later on 6th Feb. As we always speak to our guests with respect and politeness I know that these claims of threat are baseless. 

 

5.      We had installed a CCTV camera just above the only entrance to the room she had occupied and the record of the past 2 months shows no evidence of any entry by an unauthorized person.

 

6.      She stayed with us for over 4 months but refused to eat anything cooked by us. She however used the kitchen next to her room to make tea and heat up whatever food stuffs she brought in herself.

 

7.      From these it is clear that she had made a number of claims but has produced no concrete evidence to support any of them.

 

8.      When she finally vacated the room on Feb 3 she however left very concrete evidence of her persecution complex and paranoia. The photographs below clearly show that she was so paranoid about poisoning that she covered all the cupboards and bookshelves with thick paper, taped up all the cupboard and drawers and even taped up the electric switches, plugs,  fans and air-conditioners presumably fearing that the electric conduits would be used for administering poison gas.

 

9.      Her paranoia about poison gas is surprisingly as she mentions no other instrument of injury. If she had suspected poisoning she should have immediately vacated the premises.

 

 

 

10.  She says that she is going to do tests of her blood, nails and other body parts for signs of poisoning. If she deliberately ingests some poisonous substances she might find some traces of poison but these will not be proof of poisoning by anyone.

 

11.  I know that it is a bother to go through all this drivel but I felt that my many friends should know about our recent ordeal.
