Poisonous chemical fumes were again released into my accommodation from 6 am on-wards today. These continue to be released at this time as well.

It is 10:55 am. I was again woken up this morning at around 6:am because of poisonous chemical fumes being released into my room. This has been going on since then. Poisonous chemical fumes were also released into my room all of yesterday. There is some kind of extremely poisonous gas/ pesticide being released which has a perfumed smell. This is being alternated at short intervals by fumes/ a gas which have/ has a foul smell.of rotten eggs or sewage.There is another gas with an extremely unpleasant smell which I cannot identify outright. If this continues my dead body will be found.

Highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases were released into my accommodation throughout the day yesterday. My life is in very grave danger. Since I moved here, I have been poisoned daily using chemical fumes which have included pesticides, organo-phosphates, nerve agents, poisonous and noxious gases, acrid fumes and fumes with kitchen/ diesel exhaust.

State agents and the Police are involved in poisoning me and in ongoing attempts to eliminate me. Staff at the B&B I am staying at and people living in and accessing staff quarters above and below my room are being used to poison me.

Since I intend to file a writ petition against General Electric corruption and the threat to my life in the Supreme Court of India, desperate attempts are being made to poison me so as to prevent me from achieving this objective.

Let me state clearly, If I am found dead, or unconscious or ill then it will be because I have been poisoned. In that case, the only appropriate course will be for the Police and the Court to treat it as a case of poisoning and as either attempted murder or murder.

I repeat again, my family i.e. my mother Usha Sapra, my sisters Arti Sapra and Puja Sapra and my brother Gautam Sapra are dead to me because of their previous participation (albeit under blackmail) in harming me. I do not ever want to see them again. I do not want them involved if I am poisoned and killed or made ill. I do not want them to even touch my dead or unconscious body. I do not want them to cremate my body or for my body to be handed over to them if I am murdered.

I continue to be chronically poisoned because of General Electric Company. Jeffrey Immelt, Alexander Dimitrief, and Bradford Berenson are responsible for my being poisoned.

I once again request that the US Government provide me with witness protection.

There is a very curious aspect to the corruption by General Electric Company in the Indian Railway's Marhowra diesel locomotive factory Project.

Caterpillar Inc is directly and adversely affected by GE corruption as its subsidiary EMD has lost this tender and opportunity and this will eventually result in EMD losing the Indian Rail market as the Marhowra Project establishes a GE monopoly in the private sector supplier market for diesel locomotives to Indian Railways.

Caterpillar and EMD are aware of GE corruption and have evidence of it. Why then have they kept silent and allowed GE to walk with this tender.

Very curiously Caterpillar Inc has since 2011 and 2012 (when I made my complaints against General Electric public and when I filed my writ petition against GE impleading EMD as a party), faced an onslaught of enforcement and investigative actions by authorities in the US at a scale unusual for a US corporate like Caterpillar. These actions against Caterpillar in the US almost look like a witch-hunt. See below for news reports on Caterpillar's legal troubles in the US.

Just makes one wonder if GE used its influence to encourage this legal onslaught against Caterpillar and then blackmailed Caterpillar executives to keep silent regarding GE corruption in India in the Marhowra Project.
