To the President and Prime Minister of India, the Chief Justice of India and the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court,

 

And

 

To the Secretary General of the Supreme Court of India and the Registrar General of the Delhi High Court,

 

And

 

To all others,

 

I continue to be poisoned.

 

Highly poisonous chemical fumes (likely a pesticide) are again being released into my room for the last two hours. I cannot breathe.  The fumes are being released into my room from the attached bathroom and an opening into the bathroom (either an electricity fitting, or a drain, or the ventilation) is being accessed from outside my room (either from an adjoining room or from outside the building) through which these poisonous fumes are being released into my room.  

 

Employees at the place I am staying at are being used to target me. These include men called Manoj, Lallan, Manish Kumar, Raju, Bahadur, Bhawani Din etc who all work here. 

My life is at grave risk and attempts are being made to eliminate me. 

 

I am being targeted as described above by agents on behalf of General Electric Company because I exposed corruption and fraud by General Electric Company and its executives and lawyers. General Electric executives and lawyers including Jeffrey Immelt, Brackett Denniston, Bradford Berenson, Alexander Dimitrief, John Rice, John Flannery, Banmali Agrawala, Ashfaq Nainar, Jeffrey Eglash (all from General Electric) and Pratyush Kumar (ex-GE and now with Boeing India) remain responsible for my being poisoned and they want me dead.

 

I once again request the US government to provide me with witness protection.
