I am being targeted and being exposed to poisonous chemical fumes/gases now again at short intervals for the last three days.
Today I was in the Delhi High Court from between 11 am and 12 pm. I was also targeted there by some lawyers' clerks. I ask the Registrar General to preserve CCTV/ security camera records from the main lobby for this time.
I also ask that the Delhi High Court preserve CCTV/ security camera records for the court lobbies on the ground and second floors for 19, 20 and 22 January 2015 and for 3 February and 2 March 2015, as I was targeted in court on these dates including by the police.
I once again request for witness protection from the United States' government as it is clear that Indian State agencies including the judiciary will not protect me and are being used to target me in order to cover up General Electric corruption.

My life is in grave danger because of the attempted cover up by Delhi High Court Judges Valmiki Mejta and P S Teji of my corruption complaints against General Electric Company and involving former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Montek Singh Ahluwalia.
I continue to be targeted.
On 31 March 2015, I left my room for about 2 hours in the evening without putting on my aircast boot which I left in the room. This is the only time that the aircast boot has ever been out of my sight. The room was entered into in my absence and the aircast boot was deliberately damaged. One of the nylon straps was cut close to the boot. See the pictures attached below. It is clear from these pictures that the strap was cut. This kind of damage cannot happen on its own with this kind of boot.
I attach additional pictures of the boot taken on 2 April 2015. Some kind of corrosive substance like an acid has also been applied to the strap close to where it has been cut. There is discoloration on the strap and its texture is also changed and is smoother compared to the undamaged portions of the strap. I also noticed another small cut made at a distance of about 1.5 inches from the larger cut.
When I removed the boot in the afternoon on 31 March this strap was not damaged. I left the room for about 2 hours in the evening that day without the boot. I was in the vicinity of the building with my room and therefore decided not to wear the boot.
I noticed the damaged strap when I was putting on the boot on the evening of 1 April to go out.
I do not need to wear the boot indoors, but I need to wear it when I am outdoors, or driving or climbing steps.
This kind of vicious and planned targeting shows the danger I continue to be in.
I again request for witness protection from the United States; government as the Indian State has failed to protect me.
