I am still at Radiant Apartments. I will be leaving today.
Last evening when I went out, some kind of very poisonous chemical gas/ pesticide was released into the building. Even the staff here including a man called Thomas and the security guard left the building and were standing outside. Both looked to be involved.
I just woke up unable to breathe and some poisonous gas/ fumes are being released into the apartment I am in. A man called Mahender Singh is on duty tonight here as supervisor.
Its very strange, I am told there are other guests staying here but I have never seen them.
Jeff Immelt is responsible for this ongoing poisoning.
I again request for protection from the United States' government.

I am still at Radiant Apartments. Toxic fumes were released into my apartment yesterday evening and during the previous night. These were also released again through the day today and are being released while I type.
I did not leave this place today as planned because of this.
My internet was again disrupted a short while ago. I am getting strange text messages on my phone so that my location can be pinged.
The owner, management and staff have not said a word to me about my previous email.
I plan to leave here by tomorrow evening.
Obviously the people targeting and poisoning me here have no fear or compunction.

I have been staying at Radiant Apartments at C-6/8, Safdarjung Development Area, New Delhi 110016 since the beginning of December 2014.
Very soon after I started staying here, I started being targeted by the release of toxic chemicals fumes and poisonous gases into my rooms.
This targeting increased and intensified over the court's winter vacations with intent to make me ill.
In January, 2015 the poisoning and attempts to make me fall ill intensified.
In mid-January I moved to a larger apartment in the same premises in an effort to protect myself. However after 22 January 2015, the release of toxic fumes and gases into my rooms increased in both quantity, duration and toxicity.
Toxic chemical fumes and gases were also released into my rooms here while I was asleep and at night. These were clear attempts to murder.
My rooms were entered in in my absence and extra fans I had requested were tampered with and smeared with some kind of greasy particulate matter like car exhaust. Light fittings and openings to a false ceiling were tampered with and loosened to facilitate the release of toxic inhalants into the rooms.
I have had to resort to extreme measures to protect myself.
I have reason to believe that the water bottles placed in my room on the first day contained drugged water.
Early on I noticed a pattern that staff or Inder Mohan Tandon would call my room on some pretext or the other soon after the release of toxic inhalants into the room and would ask me specifically how my health was. A guest also suspiciously called my room one day and had no explanation for the call. These calls were intended to see what physical condition I was in as a result of the poisoning.
It is clear that after I started staying here, staff and management were approached and used to facilitate the attempts to eliminate me. People were also introduced into the building as "guests" to further facilitate the conspiracy and attempts to harm me here.
Plus slow chronic poisoning was also intended to make me ill and eventually cause death.
With the swine flu cases going around, if I had fallen ill, staff, owners and management of these apartments with the help of doctors and police could easily have disguised my poisoning as a case of swine flu.
I am certain of the involvement of all staff at Radiant Apartments in my getting targeted here. Plus there has been very suspicious and unusual guest movement in and out of the apartments during my stay.
I have made complaints of poisoning and targeting to Radiant Staff for several weeks. I have even informed the owner Mr Inder Mohan Tandon not only about such poisoning but also about my corruption complaints against General Electric Company, my writ petition, the threat to my life and Delhi High Court orders directing the Police to provide me protection which are not being complied with. I made Inder Mohan Tandan aware of my situation soon after I started staying here.
The targeting and chronic poisoning has increased to a level where I have been living in mortal fear of my life since around the middle of January 2015 and particularly since 22 January 2015.
Montek Singh Ahluwalia has been accused by me of facilitating the corruption in the Madhepura and Marhowra tenders to help General Electric
Shortly after I started staying here, Montek Singh Ahluwalia established contact with Mr Inder Mohan Tandon. Lawyers like Mukul Rohagti and Gurmerhar Singh Sistani (son of Judge G S Sistani) who have been involved in targeting me and the threat to my life are close to Mr Inder Mohan Tandon.
Mr Inder Mohan Tandon has been used in attempts to manipulate me by putting undue pressure on me to make payment in advance. Meanwhile I have been poisoned here for almost 3 months.
Inder Mohan Tandon has already attempted to cover up my complaints of poisoning.
I fear for my life here and will be moving out of Radiant Apartments by tomorrow evening.
I also expect that since I am copying this email to Radiant Apartments and am disclosing my address further attempts will be made to cover up what has been going on with the help of local police.
I have made my written complaint to the Police Commissioner and can supplement it with details after an FIR is registered and after the Joint Commissioner of Police deputes a senior DCP level officer to record my statement. I do not intend to deal with the local police.
There is a lot of evidence of police complicity in attempts to eliminate me.
This morning highly toxic fumes were released into my rooms while I was still asleep at around 7: 45 am. After I made a written complaint, this stopped but have again been released a few minutes ago at around 9 15 am. This appears to have been done from the adjoining room through the false ceiling compartment.
The intent is also to make it impossible for me to live here.
The staff here includes a manager (Sharma) and three supervisors (Thomas, Mahendra and Vinod). All of them have participated in targeting me. Cleaning staff, security guards and a resident cook have also been used to target me.
Staff here have also been deliberately disrupting my internet connection.

Today, at the outset, the petitioner made a submission for adjourning the matter as she has made a request to the Chief Justice of India as well as to the Chief Justice of this Court for transfer of this writ petition to the Hon?ble Supreme Court for hearing. We, however, rejected the request for adjournment. So the petitioner has made further submissions in the matter. Due to paucity of time matter is adjourned to 24th January, 2014 for further submission.
Today Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned counsel for the Delhi Police submitted that on an independent assessment of the situation the police has come to the conclusion that there is no immediate threat perception to the petitioner as she has been projecting every now and then and therefore, now it should be left to the discretion of the police authorities as to whether any protection is to be provided to her or not depending upon the inputs which the police may get. The petitioner strongly refutes this submission. Considering all the facts and circumstances we are not inclined to withdraw our earlier orders directing the police to extend full protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner till further orders of this Court.

Toxic/ poisonous chemical fumes and gases have been released into my current residence all through the day and night of 18 and 19 February 2015. These are also being released since early morning today.
I once again request for witness protection from the United States government.
