Highly toxic fumes are again being released into my apartment for the last one hour. I continue to be poisoned at the behest of Jeff Immelt and Montek Singh Ahluwalia. I once again request for witness protection from the United States' government.
Also, attached is a new application which I will be filing in the Delhi High Court tomorrow. It is also reproduced at the end of this email. Also reproduced below are some emails that I received today.
I also attach two pictures showing the close family ties between Montek Singh Ahluwalia and lawyer A S Chandhiok who is working to sabotage this matter and is participating in targeting me. These pictures were taken at the intimate wedding of A S Chandhiok's son which was attended by both Montek and his wife.

I, Seema Sapra, daughter of Late Shri A. R. Sapra, aged 43 years, previously resident of G 4, first floor, Jangpura Extension, New Delhi 110014 and rendered homeless on 30 May 2012 (because of and as a result of the whistleblower complaints of corruption, forgery, bribery, fraud and illegal activities made against General Electric, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, Planning Commission, Railway Ministry and Ministry of Finance and as a result of the whistleblower corruption petition (W.P. (C ) 1280/ 2012) and because of my complaints of sexual harassment against Mr Soli J Sorabjee and Mr Raian Karanjawala) in contempt of this Hon'ble Court's order dated May 25, 2012 and presently homeless do hereby solemnly affirm and state as under:
1. I am the Petitioner in the present Petition and am well aware of the facts of the case and am competent to file the present affidavit.
2. The release of toxic fumes and chemicals into my serviced apartment has increased since 22 January 2015. From 23 until 29 January, the fumes were not only released during the day but also at short intervals through the night.
After I found out about the new fabricated authority documents filed through Nanju Ganpathy on 28 January 2015, very acrid fumes have been released into the apartment through the day and night on 30 and 31 January 2015. Staff and supervisors (in particular a man called Vinod) at the serviced apartment complex are being used to do this. This man Vinod was present in the adjacent apartment when these acrid fumes were being released.
The specific intent is to harm me and prevent me from arguing the matter listed on 3 February 2015.
I am fine and healthy and am taking all precautions.
I once again ask that the US government provide me with witness protection.
