I have filed 2 fresh applications (see details below) in WP Civil 1280/ 2012.
This matter is already listed in Court on 24 Nov 2014.

Both the applications were checked and cleared for listing on 24 Nov 2014 by the filing section on 21 November 2014.

Kindly ensure that both these applications get listed on 24 Nov 2014 and are not delayed by the Listing Branch or by Registrar Lorren Bamniyal who has been obstructing judicial proceedings in this matter.

This is a Special Bench matter.
