To the Police Commissioner and All others,
First, Let me record that toxic chemicals are being released in my hotel room. This has been going on since yesterday, last night, all of today and this evening as well.
I am checking out of this hotel tomorrow.
Second, I had sent a email with the following message on 18 July 2013, a copy of which is on the court record. I am re-sending it for the benefit of those who were not copied on that email.
"A status report dated 17 July 2013, full of false claims and allegations against me was filed on behalf of the Delhi Police through Dayan Krishnan in W.P. (C ) 1280/ 2012, a copy of which was only handed over to me in court today. This report does not name the person who has allegedly signed it above the designation Deputy Commissioner of Police, Headquarters. Attached to this report is a note titled "Regarding behaviour of Ms. Seema Sapra" signed by the SHO of Tughlaq Road police station, on 22 June 2013.
This note apparently signed by Ajay Gupta, SHO Tughlaq Road police station states the following on page 2:
"Recently she was staying at hotel Ginger in the area of PS Vivek Vihar and checked out from Hotel on the night of 14/6/2013 without paying the bill and then filed complaints against the SHO/ Vivek Vihar and hotel staff."
As stated almost every statement in this police status report is false and I will institute contempt proceedings against the DCP, police headquarters, the Additional Commissioner of Police, East district (Asif Mohd Ali) and the tughlaq road SHO Ajay Gupta who have all signed the falsified police records and status report placed on the court record today by Dayan Krishnan.
I attach the bill and receipt from Ginger hotel Vivek Vihar dated 14 June 2013, the date I checked out showing that I cleared my bill and do not owe any money to Ginger hotel, Vivek Vihar. The SHO Vivek Vihar was present when I cleared my bill because I had asked him to come to the hotel because the hotel staff had not provided me with copies of the CCTV recordings as I had been promised.
I will be instituting contempt proceedings against Ajay Gupta, SHO Tughlaq Road police station for falsely staying that I checked out without clearing my bill, and that I made complaints against the hotel staff and the SHO/ Vivek Vihar because I did not clear the bill.
Almost every claim/ allegation made by the Delhi Police in its status report is false in the same way as the statement reproduced above is false.
I also attach an affidavit filed by me today in WP. (C ) 1280/ 2012 on the issue of the unauthorised and fraudulent representation of General Electric Company, GE India Industrial Private Limited and GE Global Sourcing India Private Limited by AZB & Partners before the Delhi High Court in Writ Petition (Civil) 1280/ 2012 – in the matter of Seema Sapra v. General Electric Company and Others."

I have also received the following three fraudulent emails, 2 of them allegedly from the Police and one from the NHRC.

First, Let me record that toxic chemicals are being released in my hotel room. This has been going on since yesterday, last night, all of today and this evening as well.
I am checking out of this hotel tomorrow.
Second, I had sent a email with the following message on 18 July 2013, a copy of which is on the court record. I am re-sending it for the benefit of those who were not copied on that email.
"A status report dated 17 July 2013, full of false claims and allegations against me was filed on behalf of the Delhi Police through Dayan Krishnan in W.P. (C ) 1280/ 2012, a copy of which was only handed over to me in court today. This report does not name the person who has allegedly signed it above the designation Deputy Commissioner of Police, Headquarters. Attached to this report is a note titled "Regarding behaviour of Ms. Seema Sapra" signed by the SHO of Tughlaq Road police station, on 22 June 2013.
This note apparently signed by Ajay Gupta, SHO Tughlaq Road police station states the following on page 2:
"Recently she was staying at hotel Ginger in the area of PS Vivek Vihar and checked out from Hotel on the night of 14/6/2013 without paying the bill and then filed complaints against the SHO/ Vivek Vihar and hotel staff."
As stated almost every statement in this police status report is false and I will institute contempt proceedings against the DCP, police headquarters, the Additional Commissioner of Police, East district (Asif Mohd Ali) and the tughlaq road SHO Ajay Gupta who have all signed the falsified police records and status report placed on the court record today by Dayan Krishnan.
I attach the bill and receipt from Ginger hotel Vivek Vihar dated 14 June 2013, the date I checked out showing that I cleared my bill and do not owe any money to Ginger hotel, Vivek Vihar. The SHO Vivek Vihar was present when I cleared my bill because I had asked him to come to the hotel because the hotel staff had not provided me with copies of the CCTV recordings as I had been promised.
I will be instituting contempt proceedings against Ajay Gupta, SHO Tughlaq Road police station for falsely staying that I checked out without clearing my bill, and that I made complaints against the hotel staff and the SHO/ Vivek Vihar because I did not clear the bill.
Almost every claim/ allegation made by the Delhi Police in its status report is false in the same way as the statement reproduced above is false.
I also attach an affidavit filed by me today in WP. (C ) 1280/ 2012 on the issue of the unauthorised and fraudulent representation of General Electric Company, GE India Industrial Private Limited and GE Global Sourcing India Private Limited by AZB & Partners before the Delhi High Court in Writ Petition (Civil) 1280/ 2012 – in the matter of Seema Sapra v. General Electric Company and Others."

I have also received the following three fraudulent emails, 2 of them allegedly from the Police and one from the NHRC.
