A man called Amit at the hotel lied to me that he did not have the numbers of the hotel owner when those numbers are listed on the card of the hotel. 

Another man called Mahipal at the front desk refused to identify himself at first and hung up the phone. 

It is clear that hotel staff are being used to target me possibly with the involvement of the local beat constable. 

I just spoke to the son of the owner Saranjit Singh. The owner is Amarjit Singh. I am copying the hotel on this email.

When I called reception, a man refused to give me his name. 

I have paid the advance yesterday of Rs 2000 and have cleared the bill completely. Please keep my invoice ready for checkout reflecting the advance payment and showing that there are no dues outstanding

Today, at the outset, the petitioner made a submission for adjourning the matter as she has made a request to the Chief Justice of India as well as to the Chief Justice of this Court for transfer of this writ petition to the Hon?ble Supreme Court for hearing. We, however, rejected the request for adjournment. So the petitioner has made further submissions in the matter. Due to paucity of time matter is adjourned to 24th January, 2014 for further submission.
 
Today Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned counsel for the Delhi Police submitted that on an independent assessment of the situation the police has come to the conclusion that there is no immediate threat perception to the petitioner as she has been projecting every now and then and therefore, now it should be left to the discretion of the police authorities as to whether any protection is to be provided to her or not depending upon the inputs which the police may get. The petitioner strongly refutes this submission. Considering all the facts and circumstances we are not inclined to withdraw our earlier orders directing the police to extend full protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner till further orders of this Court.

Last night I stayed at GTC Hotel in Greater Kailash Part 2. A man followed me into the hotel. Sometime during the night, toxic chemicals smelling like a pesticide were released into the room. This continued until I checked out at 2 pm and intensified close to the time I had said I would check out.

My car parked outside the hotel was also tampered with. Toxic chemicals were introduced into my car as well. 

I was in the Delhi High Court yesterday and today. 

I am now in another Hotel in the Karol Bagh area. Very soon after I checked in, the release of toxic chemicals smelling like a pesticide into this room also started. 

Today someone posted an authorised post to my blog. See screenshot attached. I have deleted this post. 

I also received an anonymous abusive message as a comment on my blog, which I have also deleted.
