There is a threat to my life and Delhi High Court has in WP C. 1280/12 directed Pol Comm to provide me protection. This order has been emailed to you earlier and again tonight. How and why did this SI Sanjay Bhat land here at midnight and why was he calling me to reception. He was harassing and intimidating me. He was participating in a criminal conspiracy against me. Last night, I also contacted the DCP Police HQ, the DCP and 2 additional DCPs of South Delhi, the night numbers for DCPs of South and New Delhi, the Police Commissioner, DCP Central Delhi etc. 

One Parveen Sharma was on duty after 11 pm at the Hotel front desk. 

How did the hotel let this SI Sanjay Bhat call and harass me in my room at midnight. 

I had texted the GM of the Hotel Seema Sabharwal last night but she did not contact me. 

Last night I was told I would be served complimentary breakfast in my room. Today morning I was told by Parveen Sharma that I would only be served breakfast downstairs. 

I had asked last night for a complimentary bottle of mineral water. Instead I was provided a refilled bottle of water which I did not consume. 

A few minutes ago, the hotel GM Seema Sabharwal called me and asked me to check out because in her words the hotel is unable to guarantee my security against persons hired by General Electric Company. 

 

I have told her that I will be checking out by 3 pm. 

I am very concerned that Seema Sabharwal was attempting to minimize the threat to my life. 

I have been targeted by toxic chemicals and gases in every hotel that I have stayed in since June 2014. 

The hotel is owned by one Laxman Kumar Sagar.

Today, at the outset, the petitioner made a submission for adjourning the matter as she has made a request to the Chief Justice of India as well as to the Chief Justice of this Court for transfer of this writ petition to the Hon"ble Supreme Court for hearing. We, however,rejected the request for adjournment. So the petitioner has made further submissions in the matter. Due to paucity of time matter is adjourned to 24th January, 2014 for further submission.Today Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned counsel for the Delhi Police submitted that on an independent assessment of the situation the police has come to the conclusion that there is no immediate threat perception to the petitioner as she has been projecting every now and then and therefore, now it should be left to the discretion of the police authorities as to whether any protection is to be provided to her or not depending upon the inputs which the police may get. The petitioner strongly refutes this submission. Considering all the facts and circumstances we are not inclined to withdraw our earlier orders directing the police to extend full protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner till further orders of this Court.

I have checked into Hotel Solo Victoria, C-8 GK - I for 3 nights.

There is a grave threat to my life.

Specifically I am being targeted by the release of toxic gases and chemicals into my accommodation including hotel rooms.

I was shown 2 adjoining rooms. Soon after I selected one room, an electrician was trying to enter the adjoining room. This was at aroufd 9:30 pm. He told me he was on night duty and would be working in the room during the night.

I told him this was unacceptable. He then left.

I do not want any electrician to enter any room adjoining mine during my stay. Toxic chemicals have been released in my accommodation earlier through electric pipes and gaps in electrical fittings.

I am very concerned that an electrician was being sent into an adjoining room late at night for no reason.

I am concerned that I might be targeted through an adjoining room or by the electrician.

The electrician's name was Amjad. The man at the reception is called Krishna. 

Please ensure that no electrician or maintenance workers are allowed entry into the hotel during my stay. Also please ensure that no pesticides are sprayed in the hotel during my stay and that no cleaning chemicals are used to target me. These should not be used near me or in my room or in the corridor outside my room.
