So last evening I met Tiger Baby the dog outside Delhi High Court and he was fine around 8.30 pm.
I found him in the Delhi High Court premises after 11 om badly brutalized. Someone appears to have held him and then used a blunt force instrument to land blows upon his teeth and lower jaw. His canine teeth and all other teeth are broken. He cannot close his mouth. One canine teeth is sticking out at a horizontal position. Pictures are attached. He was bleeding.
He was attacked only to target me. It is most likely that he was cornered and attacked inside the Delhi High Court by Police and CRPF men.

Since 22March 2020, I have again been sleeping in my stationary car parked outside Delhi High Court. The Supreme Court, the High Court and the Police are all aware of this fact.
This is what is happening.
I am being poisoned. This is being done when I am in my car, when I am outside during the day, when I am walking to buy groceries, in Khan Market, Pandara Park and Pandara Road areas, and especially most intensively when I am feeding the dogs during the night.
I am being attacked and threatened by several large mobs outside Delhi High Court gate 8 organised and instigated by the Delhi Police.
The five dogs I feed and look after are also being targeted and threatened and on 12 and 14 April, there were planned attempts to murder these dogs using large stones and lathis.

Incident of 12April - Sanjiv Kumar, r/o C1/65 Bapa Nagar who assaulted me & 5 dogs I feed on 12April at Gate 8 Delhi High Court, issued a death threat to kill me & dogs, who brutally hit dog Luli on back, abdomen with hockey stick, went after other dogs. There is a grave and imminent danger to my life from this man who has obvious anger management issues and who enjoys hitting dogs with a hockey stick.
On 14 April, I returned to my car around 8.30 pm.
First a group of persons living in servant quarters in lane between C1/49 and C1/47 Bapa Nagar abused and threatened me as can be seen on one of the videos.
After sometime a mob assembled in front of gate 9 Delhi High Court from the servant quarters in front of it. These persons encouraged and instructed by men inside the court at gate 8, started heckling and harassing the dogs.
The dogs mostly ignored them.
After this, two men on a mobike drove past gate 8, hooting at me, abusing me and calling me "Paagal".
Then these two men on mobike drove past gate 8 again at very high speed and threw a cardboard box at the dogs.
The two men on mobike then stopped outside the CRPF mess and talked to some persons waiting there.
They then prepared to come back to where I was standing near my car. I moved to the middle of the road to intercept them. They saw that, commented on it and stopped between C1/49 and C1/49. From there they started throwing large stones at me. All of this is recorded in the attached videos.
After a few minutes, these men along with a few other gathered in front of C1/57 Bapa Nagar and started throwing stones toward me. One stone hit my car.
I called the Police at 112. Before a PCR could even reach, a police Gypsy from Tilak Marg thana turned up along with a policeman on a mobike. These persons appear to have been involved in the attacks on me. They left.
A PCR turned up. I showed them the videos and told them what had happened. They did nothing.
A police vehicle from Tilak Marg thana turned up. It had Inspector Rajbala in it. There was a male policeman in plain clothes. I told them what had happened and showed them the videos. They did nothing and left.
After this the mob reappeared outside gate 9. Some persons also appeared behind C1/49.
I ignored them.
After a short while, a man on a mobike wearing a CRPF uniform came and stopped near me. He stopped even though the dogs did not go near him. He was carrying a large piece of a concrete brick. Please see the video of this incident. He started threatening to hit the dogs with this. This concrete brick was large enough to kill the dogs.
I tried to reason with him and then moved away taking the dogs with me.
This CRPF man came after me and the dogs with the brick and then took aim and hurled the brick at the dogs and at me. It hit one of the dogs. All of this is on video.
There were some people right behind this CRPF man including one wearing khakhi police trousers who handed this CRPF man a lathi. These men then tried to hit the dogs with lathis. I moved forward and saw an armed mob behind these men. I immediately moved closer to gate 8 and dialled 112 (police) again. It took 2-3 calls but I asked for the Police saying I was under attack.
Then the same PCR came. Did nothing. It went away.
Then two gypsies of policemen arrived saying they were from Tilak Marg thana. These men also did nothing. They started mocking me. One asked if I had a licence for the dogs. They then threatened to get the NDMC to pick up and kill the dogs. I told them not to threaten me.
Similar patterns of harassment and targeting have been going on for the last three weeks.
Several persons in these mobs have directly threatened to hit and kill me in the last 3 weeks.
None of this can happen without being facilitated by the Police. There are Delhi High Court and Police CCTV cameras on the road running along Delhi High Court gates 7, 8 and 9.
Besides lawyer Yashwant Jain occupying c2/50, the family occupying C2/52 Bapa Nagar is also involved in me being targeted. A man named U J Chamargore (NHAI engineer), and his wife, r/o C2/52 bapa Nagar, are being used to poison me outside Delhi High Court gate 8.
Everytime I am at my car where it be the morning, or 8 pm, or 10 pm or 11 pm, large hostile, aggressive, violent mobs collect on the road outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court even though this is a lockdown with section 144 imposed. This is CCTV area, and this can only happen with police facilitation.
I made 6 calls to 112/100 last evening. Despite being shown video evidence, the Police did nothing. In fact, the most violent attack last night took place after the Police left and it was planned and instigated by the Police and executed with Police assistance.
